The information you have posted is all fake, written by a scammer. The email address is not correct, the phone number you have posted is a British re-direct number +447031979387

If you are not a UK citizen, or an EU citizen, it is extremely unlikely you will be able to obtain a work permit, the scammer will start to charge you for various fees to apply for, and obtain a visa for you, all you will do is lose your money.

I'm glad you asked ciaran_06. Please do not respond to the scammer. Whilst the trickster has guided you to the correct webpage, that's where the similarity ends. The fake email address is one set up to fool you in believing otherwise. The @london.com has been used in many previous scam attempts.
In answer to your question, yes it is another attempt to try and fool someone.
