It is a scam.

These scammers use the exact same scam again and again, changing hotel names and email addresses to make it harder to discover it is a scam.

Note that they use the name and even link to the website of the real hotel, but they write you from a yahoo address that has no connection to the real business. They do this to make themselves look more real.
