Job Position:

Job Specification:
Maintain accurate record and documentation of account receivables and/or payables on behalf of the company.
Make light accounts payables on behalf of the company.
Accurate documentation of Company files, duplicate bank slips and checks.
Proper recordings of transactions that involves you.
Make payments to any of our branch offices where shipment of product originates, as you will be instructed to.
Keeping Company’s information very confidential.
Making orders if contacted by clients and keeping tab on all order- documents that you make.
Respond to customer enquiries (internal/external).

Job Benefits:
Good communication skills.
You will earn an enviable monthly salary of $5,000.
You have salary option of Monthly or Weekly payment after your three months
probational period.

Yes, this is a scam, also.

You would either be processing payments similar to the scam Pat Hamilton explained to you in your other post, or money laundering.

Either way, the scammers will get the money, and you would be left responsible for the bounced checks, or worse.

No legitimate company is going to entrust anyone that they haven't met and interviewed in person with handling their finances. Legitimate companies also do not get employees by randomly sending out emails over the internet.

Wow - $5000 per month for only 40 hours work? AND a free trip to the UK or South America including accommodation?? Sounds too good to be true and that's because it IS too good to be true :D The scammer is using a real company's website to make it look legitimate but once you are on board you will discover that this is another cheque/overpayment scam. Another clue is that this job advert was on Craigslist which is, I'm afraid, a seething nest of scamming vipers these days and should be treated with extreme caution.

Another clue is the bad English. That is another obvious sign of a scam. They say they are in "Bell Garden Califorina USA" but they can't even spell California! And there are tons of grammatical errors throughout.

But the key clue is this:

Maintain accurate record and documentation of account receivables and/or payables on behalf of the company.

They want you, whom they've never even met, to handle their money. Classic scam.

On top of that, the UK phone number is a redirect; the phone is probably in Africa. Could you post the headers (try the View Source link) of the email?

The name of the city as well as that of the state is misspelled.
