job offer problem

I received a job offer and i really dont know what to do, so please help me, i need to know if this is a scam or not, so here is the offer with the contract:

The phone number alone is enough to tell us for certain it is a scam.

Numbers starting with 4470 are redirect phone numbers, which can be forwarded to phones all over the world. They are used by scammers who are pretending to be in UK when they are not. No legitimate business located in UK has a 4470 number.

The types of English mistakes tell me that you are dealing with an African scammer.
