All fees are covered by the company. The fees for transferring are simply deducted from the payments received. No client will contact you during initial stage of the trial period. After three weeks of the trial period you will begin to have contact with the buyers via email in regards to collection of the payments. For the first three weeks you will simply receive all of the transferring details, and payments, along with step by step guidance from your supervisor. Salary:

I had something similar happen to me currently about an Administrative assistant job from Craigslist. I had gotten a response email from their HR dept who gave me the Yahoo! IM name and email address. And then the interview process started thru Yahoo! IM. They said it was a work from home job and I would have to go thru training for one week. I would get paid $25/ hour during training and then get paid $30/hour for regular pay. My first assignment was to put an ad on Craigslist for a job in NY but it didn't go thru. The ad charged me $25. The guy told me I would get reimbursed for the $25 when I get the check for all the programs necessary for the job. He also said I would get a new HP laptop and also some office stuff for the job. From the very beginning it sounded fishy but yet I have been in the military for the past 5yrs so I don't know how the job market has changed bc technology has improved since the last time I was in the civilian job force.

I received this exact email. It came from [email protected] and it was signed from a Frank Jackson. When I couldn't find any info on him on Google I decided to start looking into scams. Glad I did!

Seemed pretty awkward at best, so i started looking up the company, and they're a real Italian company, but then I looked where his e-mail was coming from and ended up find this thread. :-/ Knew it sounded too good to be true. :oops:

Hello everyone,

I am also looking for some jobs and came across the Breguet ad on craigslist. I was emailed by Robert Clouthier and I see some post of it being a scam. I am wondering if anyone actually went through with it? Why is everyone reporting it as spam? Has anything happened in particular? I also googled it and came up with this website but nothing else. I googled the Breguet company and Robert Clouthier. I was also thinking "this is too good to be true" but I am wondering why everyone is set on it being a scam?

Looking forward to any responses.

Forgive me, I don't intend to sound sarcastic, it's just that I've seen this scammer 'magic trick' many times which isn't so easy to spot if you've not seen it before.

This is the faulty part.

Companies have bank accounts and are legally obliged to collect their debts themselves unless they pass them on to a debt collection agency, for a fee. To do anything else represents a fraud and tax evasion. The person is a scammer and thief, not the company they say they are.

They'll want you to convert a counterfeit cheque they send you in to cash and then pay them by Western Union. The 'kicker' is that your bank pays you cash up front, as they are obliged, and then charge you back later. the extra 'kicker' is that you can be charged with passing counterfeit paper. You lose the money you pay out and risk legal trouble and your bank account getting shut down.

There is nothing in it for you except to lose money and get into a heap of trouble. Companies don't employ people this way, and not people who are supposed to be handling their payments. Think about it. It doesn't make sense.

For a scammer it makes good sense and a lot of money.

CAR ADVERTS - If a car seller mentions escrow - he's scamming you Never ever for any reason pay anything until you have seen and inspected the vehicle

The Breguet scam continues to propagate...

Today I responded to an employment opportunity request for a website developer position. The advertisement stated:
"Ecommerce Website (a-local-city)
I need a fluid ecommerce based website built for the buying and selling of virtual products.
• Location: a-local-city
• it's NOT ok to contact this poster with services or other commercial interests
• Compensation: $17/HR
"

I sent a response to the following email: "Ian @ hotcljob.us" which is actually a "vistaprint.com" website URI.

I received the following reply from "Edward Robinson <edrobin @ breguetincstaffing.com>" (BEWARE!!! --- breguetincstaffing.com DOES NOT HAVE A VALID DOMAIN!!! ):

The bad thing is they are using the name of a reputable company now. Vector is a marketing company and legitimate. I contacted them and they have no idea who these other people are and are pursuing an investigation. BEWARE THESE PEOPLE ARE SERIOUS SCAMMERS
