I've sent an answer to their add on indeed.com and they answered to me with a positive reply saying I can choose the destination where I could work. This is the email:

cleaners

going to let you know the profile of you job and what we expect from
you as soon as we get answers to the above questions.
Concerning the nature of the job,you would be given accommodation .
You would be expected to work and live in either an apartment or a
single room in our staff quarters.
These apartments have been furnished with household equipments.
Each worker would use the items of the apartment where they are
staying and they will make sure that no damages are done to any of the
equipments of the hotel.
As soon as we know what your skills are,we are going toprovide you
with a contract form which would contain terms of the contract.
Salary ranges from 2500€ to 8000€ a month depending on the job offer.
