Customer Service Representative

Bridgetel Customer Service Representatives (CSR) are responsible for handling various "solutions" for our clients' customers. Solutions Coordinators work with our clients to customize solutions for their specific needs, then trainCSRs to meet these predetermined objectives. Training is paid. Depending on client size a given CSR can be responsible for a single client or handle many.

All Bridgetel CSRs work from home using the Internet and Bridgetel's cloud phone systems. Each CSR has access to a portal that allow him/her to have calls forwarded to a personal phone number. Both a monthly stipend and a sign on bonus are provided to help with the cost of office supplies, phone and Internet service etc. In addition we offer competitive pay ranging from $17.92-$21.90. We are looking to fill many full-time and part-time positions as we expect new client contracts to be signed in the upcoming weeks. Likely start date would be around November 1st.

In order to conduct interviews in an orderly manner we ask that you first fill out a formal application using the above link. Qualified applicants will then be asked to submit to a background check at their cost, and a professional skills assessment at ours. Telephone interviews will follow.

Thank you for your interest in Bridgetel. We look forward to hearing from you.

The domain was created twelve days ago for one year with a hidden registrant. The site gives no clue where they're located (except apparently somewhere in NANP). I'm pretty sure it's a scam.

However, I don't think I have enough information to prove to the registrar or hoster that it's a scam. Could you post the email headers and fill out the application and see what happens? If you get interviewed by Yahoo chat, or the job involves Western Union or requires you to handle company funds or packages at home, that's enough to prove it's a scam.

Once there is enough information to kill the site, stop answering.

Yes this is a scam!

After you fill out what looks like standard employment forms and even take a test you are going to be directed to the background check page. There you will be asked for your credit card. Do not give this site your personal information or CC.
