Thanks for getting back to my craigslist posting and knowing more about the position. Experience is not necessary to be successful within this position as i am willing to train the right candidate who is honest, trustworthy, reliable and able to work hard.
LITTLE ABOUT ME
I'm Sylvia Harry from NY, happily married with 4 great kids. I am a Certified Personal Accountant. I solely own and run the business from my home-office. I have been into this for 16 years. I get works from companies on contract. I print and mail checks to their billed clients from their account. But right now, my family complains about the little time i spend with them and my family is my JOY. So, i was adviced to get a personal assistant who will be assisting me in the work.
MY DISABILITY -: Hearing Impaired
ABOUT THE WORK
You will handle the printing of my payroll-Check and Dispatching them on payroll list of the companies co-workers and which will be done under the authorization of the
companies which will be made for you to dispatch the Payroll-Checks to the client's various destinations through Courier services like Ups and FEDEX and they will take care of the shipping and handling of the payrolls you are dropping off.
PAYMENT
You will be paid $600 Bi- Weekly or $1200 Monthly.
MATERIALS NEEDED FOR THE JOB
1)... A good computer system with fast internet connection. { must have}
2)... Colored Printer { must have }
3)... Business Check Paper form #1000 or form #3000 { Sold in Office depot,Office Max, staples at the rate of $20 per pack
3}...Brown Letter Size Envelope { Sold in Office depot,Office Max, staples}
The software which would be used ; 2012 Versa Gold Software { $80 } will be provided for you for free. All you need to get is the above materials and you can get started. However, this materials stated above are less sold in any local store in your city which are: Office depot,Office Max or Wal-Mart, Best Buy or Staples and also you will be reimbursed for the money spent on the check paper and software when paying your first MONTH salary..
