The United Kingdom's Tier2 visa immigration scheme is part of the new points based system for employment-based immigration. Tier2 visas are for highly skilled migrants, entrepreneurs, investors, and foreign applicants and graduates of UK educational institutions.
The Tier 2 has replaced the schemes that cover these immigration categories as of early 2008. Tier 2 is designed to attract top talent from outside the European Union who can contribute the most to the UK economy.
Migrants coming to the UK under Tier 2 visas may have employment interview or may have a new job offer or a sponsor and are free to seek employment anywhere in the UK.
A person must successfully score 75 points under a points based system to come to the UK under Tier 2. Migrants who are successfully granted leave in the UK under Tier 2 can stay for three years. After three years, a migrant can renew their Tier 2 visa.
Tier 2 General Highly Skilled UK Visa:
The Home Secretary announced on 30 June Tier 2 general as the new rules for highly skilled foreign workers applying to come to the UK .
Applicants will earn points for their qualifications and previous earnings as an indicator of potential economic success, competence in English language and ability to support themselves and their dependents.
Tier 2 general work visa is a new HSMP points-based immigration scheme approved on:
On 30 June 2008 changes were made to the Scheme and points are now scored in four main areas:
Age;
Qualifications;
Previous earnings and
UK experience.

Please ensure you submit all relevant documents as indicated below. It is better to explain why you do not have a document than to submit a false document.
Your application will be automatically refused, and you may be banned from coming to the UK for 10 years if you use a false document, lies or withhold relevant information. You may also be banned if you have breached immigration laws in the UK.
Please ensure you also complete the main Personal Details documents before returning this electronic Self-Assessment Points form.
YOU MUST SUBMIT THE ASSESSMENT FORM PAPER COPY WITH ALL THE TIER 2 VISA SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS.
The Eligibility Visa Requirements'
An applicant must meet all of the criteria applicable to them (as outlined below) in order to be granted leave under the tier 2 visa Work order, also to enable us issue the visa;
{Tier 2 Work Visa Authorisation Migrant Letter / Immigration Visa Approval Letter & The Migrant Tier 2 Visa Reference Pin Code Number }. As demanded on your behalf by your employer (HR) managements.
Also for visa issuance at any British High Commissioner, upon visa request and dispatching of the visa (original ) documents to the British Embassy Desk there in your Country.
Tier 2 General Work Visa application supporting documents checklists'
All applicants are subject to provide these documents before submitting the assessment form back to our office:
1. A valid traveling passport - You are advocate to scan both the front & back pages of the passport booklet.
2. Two passport sized photograph Taken with full coloured 'Visa Passport Photo; this must not be more than 6 months old.
3. Unless single, please provide evidence of your marital status e.g. marriage or civil partnership certificate.
4. The official record of any conviction(s), detailing the crime(s) you were convicted of and the sentence(s) you received (if any).
5. Original letter from educational/academic institution at which you studied.
6. You’re employment contract agreement letter from your employer (Europa Gatwick Airport Hotels London UK.)
7. Scan copy of your birth certificate.
8. You’re National identity card / census card & driving license.
9. Ten thump print of your fingers, scan on a white plane sheet paper.
N.B:
All these documents must be scanned in your machine and send back to our office email id via before the given date expires or your application should not be processed nor given any further respond.
Our Screening officer's have to go through your Legal documents and assessed it, if approve you will receive the Visa authorization pin code and visa approval letter, which you will be urge by our screening visa officer to sent back to the British embassy contact address, that we will give to you there for your; Three Years Multiple Tier 2 Work Visa Issuance at the Visa Section, immediately we finalise and post all your visa (hard copies) to the diplomatic post address of our high commissions and consulates abroad in your Country.
Our bureau carts will send your documents to your postal address and to the British Embassy Diplomatic Postal address there, through {COURIER SERVICE},after the approvals of the Visa documents, Approval Letter and Visa Pin Code, from the Immigration Director Desk London.
With all your affirmation; passport details, birth certificate, Visa Approval Letter and the Immigration Authorization Tier2 Visa Clearances etc,
All these will be sending to the Embassy address and to your door step through :{ express delivery services}
The Immigration director will contact the British Consulate for your visa issuance and to get the date of appointment's for your visa at the Embassy there.
When the Embassy mighty have assessed the whole legal documents of yours that we will post to their postal address from our office here, by our visa screening officer's, they will call your attention to come for your visa issuance on that day of appointment which will be reviled to you by our visa screening officer.
If you are a visa national, it is essential you know about UK immigration procedures and the type of 'visa you need. If you are a visa national, you will need a visa regardless of the length of time you will be in the UK, and you must obtain it before travelling to the UK. Do not enter the UK on a visitor's visa (if, for example, your student visa application has been refused) in the hope that you can change to a student visa in the UK as this is not permitted.
