Help! how to get out from this scam online job?! I just found out that this is scam after i do some research about the company who send me an email and i just read it from FlavoredMONster in this website. They even let me send my pic, and now i got worried of it because they might use my pic in their illegal acts. I know I've been such a fool but I was just overwhelmed with their offer and wasn't thought of any doubts.. anyway, can anybody tell me how to recover my pic from them? pls tell me and let me know... below are their emails to me..

POSITION: Marketing Associate(m.a.)
- This is a full-time online/remote job.
- Basic salary is 17k/mo (tax free)
- Pay schedule is every 3wks day from DATE STARTED.
- Salary is sent straight to your bank account. If you don't have , via western union.
- You are entitled of 20 days paid leave per year
- 13th month pay
- Skills allowance of p2k/mo for the first year. It will increase by p500 on succeeding year.
- Load/internet allowance of p1k/mo for the first year. It will increase by p500 on succeeding year.
- Bonus of 1.5k/mo for reliability/punctuality. Meaning if no absences or lates during the entire month.
- Working days is mon to sat.
- You are expected to render 9hrs /day duty with 1hr break (you manage)

- Your shift will be 5pm to 2am , mon-sat .

- Must be online during your entire shift. When not on desk or having a break - notify
- On events like power failure, etc , noitfy me of the situation and make up the time loss.
- You will be on probitionary period for 3mos starting from date of employment with all the pay scheme mentioned.
After this period , HR will send to you a soft copy of your EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT where in you have to sign
and send it back (More details will be covered later. )
- While on probi you are only allowed one(1) approved absent for every 30days. For emergency situation like
hospitalization , fire , flood ,etc.. You are required to submit documents/proof to support the claim.
- Zero tolerance for lates and undertime. Incurring 3...will lead to termination of employment.
- ENGLISH ONLY POLICY during work.
- Anytime from now you will have a web conference with the HR for company overview , etc.
- All work updates / communication will be done via email irregardless if I am online or offline.
- You have to start working irregardless if I am online or offline. Follow your schedule - STRICTLY.
- I am online between 5pm to 8pm manila time. If you got concerns this is best time to reach me.

If all you've done is send them your photo I wouldn't worry about it. There isn't anything they can do with it and it's money they're after.

This is really a scam. Real companies do not hire after only email interviews. Real companies do not pay by Western Union. This fake company is hiring people to launder stolen money.

Same thing happened to me. I started the work yesterday and then I just received a mail from him today says this:

really a scam!!!!! they even asked me to do job posting for diff sites and even asked a delivery payment as there is a newly lunch project that they will send me a laptop for testing.. then after a month the manager said that he resigned already and the new management will just contact me for my salary.. we even used skype to chat only for everyday worked...sending me files about works to be done everyday.. mainly for job posting... :c

i'd like to fill you in more details about this scam because i know of someone who became a victim of this. read on so that you won’t be part of the circl.e

the job revolves around posting job ads and creating email ads over gmail.

Work details:

1. you time in and out over skype so that the project manager can keep track of you. (skype id: urskypemgr)

2. they send you notes as well to let you know how you can improve the quality of your work. They make it appear that the comments are coming from the QA department of the company. Note that they ask you to be professional and showcase this through your work. So, the job ad will look legit.

3. they will ask you to do a video call (the call is one way, so they only get to see you) and fire you after being asked a series of questions like what's your height? , are you married? do you have kids? how badly do you need money?

4. they ask you to do job postings of several positions for online and non online work.

The online/homebased jobs are the ff:

• Virtual secretary
• Online secretary
• Chat support representative
• Online marketing trainee
• Inbound sales associate
• Inbound support

The non online jobs are the ff:
• Personal assistants
• Models

5. You will be asked to create a number of email addresses over gmail. 10 to start with, and 2 email ads must be made/added every 3 days after. The email addresses i know that are associated with this scam are the ff:

7. After receiving the email that says you’re being welcome to the company, you will be asked to add their skype and provide the ff details:

8. I noticed that the thread of this post is i Networkx Manpower & Consultancy, They are also going under the name RYP Marketing LCC.

9. While you’re working for them, they send a blast notifying you that they are in need of more virtual assistants and that if you can refer a friend or two, you will be rewarded with 5,000 instantly. You just need to inform your project manager so that he/she can inform their finance to credit the money to you.


These are the things i can remember. If you know of other things w/c the scammers are doing, please post so that we can prevent others to become their victims.

I had encounter the same thing, different company name " black silver marketing solutions", Asia-Pacifice HR Recruitment.

First, I found their ad at www.maxi24.ph, - DATA ENTRY CLERK (ENTRY LEVEL), input all the customers acct no,., names and amount.... transfer all the files to their xfiles...... i thought all the while its legal and having an online/home-based job is rewarding a 24 hrs nightmare to me. As a normal job applicant, you will be amaze because the salary they offer is P17,000 (basic) plus.... communication skills P2,000, bonus P2,000, reliability bonus P2,000 for a total of P23,000/month as their salary package TAX FREE.

one thing that catch my attention is the western union sake... accdg to them salary will be sent and collect thru western union every 25th of each month. I emailed them back and ask..... why western union instead of bank account or ATM... they did not answer me any word. Then, another email came, you need to submit the requirements like (NBI, COE, TOR/DIPLOMA, etc....) if you cannot do it.... we have our own office can facilitate your requirements, just send us the payment thru western union of P500/document plus 2x2 pic.
Our company will give you 5 days to comply, if not we will cancel your application.

My mistake is that i emailed them all my photocopies docs...because I thought its genuine job. Then, I was waiting for them to reply.... Last night, I got a confirmation from these BULL... congratulations! you are chosen by the client......etc... in their instructions, they told me to search how to send a screenshot in gmail, how to forward and setup an acct...... upon my research.... THIS SCAM PAGE APPEAR TO MY eyes.... all about the scammers..... so I had read..... I was just prayed last-night, these bull people will never win, KARMA will passed on their sons and daughters... THEY FOOL many people (jobseekers)....

Lastly, I did not anymore entertained their email.... i place them in my junk folder...
