Something about the writing tells me it's likely West African, in which case it's a scam. If one of the businesses you're supposed to mystery-shop is Western Union or MoneyGram, it is certainly a scam.

-Brand new mystery shoppers will not be paid $300 for a job, ever.
-Real mystery shopping jobs do not involve you being paid in advance. In a real mystery shopping assignment, you would spend your own money, complete the task, and then you would file a report and apply for reimbursement. You would not be reimbursed until the report is approved. Typically it takes weeks to receive your money.

Only in the imaginary world of scammers do companies and individuals send out money to random people based on a promise of completing a task. The sad reality is that people would take the money and not complete the task, and the company would soon be bankrupt, because they would not be able to deliver to their customers.

Even without the African English pointed out by VX these things tell me 100% scam.
