So recently I've been in touch with this guy Philip Morgan , he is supposed to be the employer . He isn't asking for me to pay anything , but he did ask for bank account details . We didn't have a face-to-face interview because he supposedly is is Greece already and needs someone in the UK to take care of things for him . He's e-mail address is [email protected] .

Can someone please help me out ? The whole thing seems a bit suspicious for me ..
Thanks

Complete scam.

For starters, a legitimate employer does not not ask you for a bank account as part of the hiring process.

But, I went and found his "ad" which is as follows:

URGENT NEED FOR A PERSONAL ASSISTANT OR SECRETARY
I need a (PA) Personal Assistant. I'm looking for someone that can be trusted and reliable. A good understanding person from anywhere in the United Kingdom.
This position is home-based and flexible, working with me is basically about instructions and following them, my only fear is that I may come at you impromptu sometimes, so I need someone who can be able to meet up with my irregular timings. As my assistant, your activities amongst other things will include;
Running personal errands, supervisions and monitoring. Scheduling programmes, flights and keeping me up to date with them.
Acting as an alternative telephone correspondence when I'm away. Making regular contacts and drop-offs on my behalf. Handling and monitoring some of my financial activities..
Basic wage is £300 a week

Requirements:
- Must Live In the United Kingdom
- Must be atleast 21 years of Age.
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Must be Eligible to work in UK

If you re interested and meet the requirement above you can e-mail me Asap.
Regards,
Phillip Morgan
[email protected]

Price: £300 pw

I have seen variants of this ad used by scammers dozens of times. In fact, googling the "impromptu" line that I have seen many times before leads to these results. Even without the bank account request, these results alone are clear-cut proof of scam.
