It's a clear and obvious scam.

A tier 2 visa only allows people to come in to the UK where there is a skills shortage in the UK, which is highly unlikely for hotel work, and even then there's a numerical limit.

There is no job and you can't get a visa for this job, and the e-mails you have received have all come from the scammer. He will want you to pay him money by Western Union whereas with a real job you would pay the British Embassy in your own country. The British Embassy cannot receive money by Western Union - scammers can.

The British Embassy does not issue visas by e-mail and you cannot be offered a job before you have got a visa. The scammer is going to a lot of trouble to steal your money, but that is how he earns money - by stealing the money of other people.

No company or government department receives money by Western Union. If someone claiming to be a company or government department asks for money by Western Union, you're dealing with a scammer.

Keep that in mind. It'll save you money.

they asked me to send them the receipt of my visa processing fee, thats the tricky part! They didnt ask for the cash to be sent to them personally.

You would be asked to send the "visa processing fee" to an individual and/or address that is in no way connected to the UK government.

The scammers have no connection to the UK Home Office, and at no point have you dealt with any real immigration official. The scammers have simply copied real addresses and some real text related to immigration, and then they added made-up text of their own.

It is very clear in the parts that they have written themselves that they are not British at all, as their English is actually full of mistakes that would never be made by any real representative of a UK agency.

This is the website you need. http://www.vfsglobal.com/ NOTHING ELSE WILL DO. If you go to an Embassy Website or UKBA, you will find an online application form. NOTHING ELSE WILL DO. I stress this matter and it should be your logo - NOTHING ELSE WILL DO. Easy and for you
