This is an Affirmation that your experiences and qualifications were found suitably qualified for the requirements of The Abbey Court Hotel and you have been offered the position of a WAITER in our reputable Hotel. On behalf of the entire management of The Abbey Court Hotel London, We deeply congratulate you on your new appointment.
Please be informed that there are certain laid down procedures in our recruitment of foreign employees from outside the United Kingdom. The procedures are as follows:
1) The Abbey Court Hotel is to be responsible for your FLIGHT TICKET, VISA and ACCOMMODATION to enable you travel down here to London to resume your job offered to you before the given date that will be stated in the CONTRACT LETTER, while you are only required to pay for some of your traveling documents processing expenses upfront which are the DER Application Form/Approval, National Insurance, Expatriate Work Permit and Foreign Affairs Certification.
According to the British High Commission here in London, the information listed below are the necessary fees/charges you are to pay immediately for speedy processing of your traveling documents.
* DER Application Form/Approval: £100.50
* National Insurance: £80.00
* Expatriate Work Permit: £100.15
* Foreign Affairs Certification: £80.10
Total: £360.75 (pounds)
2) You will be placed on a two months training of which you will be payed £3,500.00GBP while on training and £5,500GBP after your training (Monthly).
3) The shifts at The Abbey Court Hotel are as follows:
Morning shift: 7am - 2pm
Afternoon shift: 2pm - 9pm
Evening/Night shift: 9pm - 7am
These information are first made known to our foreign employee and we require your confirmation and agreement before a CONTRACT LETTER can be sent to you which you are to fill correctly and send back to us. If by any chance you (employee) find the process difficult and wish not to process your application further, Kindly inform us within the shortest possible time.
If you are in agreement to this term, reply us as soon as possible so that your details will be sent to the UK immigration for necessary processing of your traveling documents/UK WORK PERMIT. Your urgent response to this mail will determine your level of seriousness to get the job offered to you as the job position offered to you is highly competitive so we need you here in London as soon as possible.
