Hello refaaiomar and welcome to scamwarners. The whole thing is a scam as they are going to ask you to receive money and then send money to another location. This is known as money laundering and is illegal no matter what story the scammers tell you.
No legitimate international company needs a payment processor as they would use there own bank.

The be thing to do now is to stop all communiction with this criminal. If you have given them your bank information contact your banks fraud department and let them know about this.

It is ALWAYS a scam
If the pet seller or shipper asks for money to be sent via Western Union, Money Gram, any brand of gift card. Walmart To Walmart , Zelle , PayPal friends and family option, or mentions Cameroon

You need to contact the fraud department of your bank, ASAP, and let them know what has happened. They may be able to block the transactions, or at least hold them while they are sorted out.

Any money transferred to your account is stolen from someone else. When the true owner of the money identifies the loss and reports it, the trail will lead straight to you as the receiver of the stolen money. That is why it is very important that you have shown that you are not a willing accomplice to the crime.
