Are you a small business owner, married to someone who is, or do you otherwise possess a business checking account for payment processing with us? If so, you may be qualified for our Sales Assistant (PPA) Tier 2 Position, for which we invite you to apply.
Our Tier 2 employees will work with larger transactions, and therefore have much higher weekly earnings which begin to accrue from the moment that you are hired.
Here is something for your consideration. Please refer to LINK, which explains in details what Tier 2 position is all about!
If you're interested in a Tier 2 PPA position, please indicate your interest prominently on your contact form, either in the subject line of your response, or in the box where it asks the position for which you are applying.
Sales Assistant I
DUTIES
The PPA will process payments coming directly from our employees, and is expected to demonstrate precise attention to detail and to process their designated payments according to a strict but easy-to-follow step-by-step protocol consisting of both written directions and verbal instruction and coaching from the supervisor. A more defined, complete, and all-encompassing set of rules will be provided upon commencement of paid training, during which you can ask your personal supervisor any pertinent questions (whether specifically rule-driven or more general in nature) prior to finishing the process. Freelance International Group Inc will provide detailed instructions with regards to payment processing procedures and details, including the sender's full name, total amount being processed, invoice and check numbers, internal company codes, and a host of other private details for each separate payment. Note that not only do legal and ethical standards apply at each step of processing, but the correct processing and documentation of payments is the main method by which we determine your commission bonuses, so it's in your best interest as well as ours that this processing is performed as accurately as possible. When funds enter the bank account that our employee has designated for work purposes (see FAQ), the PPA's duty is to withdraw the correct amount of cash payment (minus commission), transfer the funds using an International Wire System, and make a correct and materially accurate notation of all relevant details, including names, numbers, amounts, times, and other details about the payment, according to an electronic form which they will receive. The primary advantage that our Company and our agents enjoy over our competitors is maintaining the absolute shortest possible time within which our seller or other clients can receive money for the goods and/or services that they have already provided, by using our proprietary distributed payment processing protocol. If this operation is delayed for whatever reason, our clients are inconvenienced and subsequently entitled, according to the agreement we've signed with them, to withhold pay from our Company for that project-in this case you, the Agent would still be paid your base salary, but would risk commission on that particular processed payment if it was found to be processed erroneously. An agent's failure to process correctly or in a timely manner cuts into our payment conversion rate, which currently sits comfortably close to 100%. If repetitive mistakes occur, the client may even cancel their contract, resulting in financial loss and loss of esteem/reputation of our company, which will reflect in future losses if we don't keep our rate of errors low. As a new hire, it is best for you to worry about accuracy first and then volume once you've successfully transferred your first couple of payments and are confident that you have mastered each step of the processing procedure so that you can eventually gather some speed. In other words, crawl before you walk, and walk before you run - there will be plenty of time for you to learn, and in the meantime your personal supervisor is there to guide you each step of the way.
· Sales Assistant receive detailed invoices for each transaction every 14 days. This document will serve as confirmation of transaction validity and in case of any (if any at all) unforeseen circumstances, it will evidence your personal non-participation. All invoices will contain detailed information on money sender and will be both sealed and certified with our President's signature.
· After completion of the Probationary Period, invoices will be sent every business day.
· Since business transfers can sometimes incur delays, Payment Processing Agents should specify each transfer as a "private" transaction. This provision is also applicable in case of a third party interest in the transfer. (For details, ask your personal supervisor).
· Our clients appreciate our unique methodology and operational efficiency and are ready to pay a premium fee for shorter transaction terms. If we manage to deliver goods to the buyer within 5 days, the deal is considered to be fulfilled at the earliest possible date.
· All the fees (WU/MG) are paid from employee's commission. HOWEVER, our company undertakes to reimburse part of any expenses which are incurred in connection with money transfer (WIRE for Tier 2 employees, or by Western Union/Money gram system for regular PPAs) should money transfer charges exceed 3%. All in all, your net profit will amount to 8% (5-8% for Tier 2 due to high sums) of the total amount of each payment processing operation.
· We don't and never will ask for any investment of your own funds at ANY stage of the process.
· The company offers an incentive bonus program based on work performance and results with regard to several factors, i.e. total sum of money transferred, payment processing time, etc.
In summary, processing payments professionally and correctly involves paying attention to even the slightest detail, no matter how inconsequential it may seem. Always be professional, responsible, careful, and precise, and also maintain close contact with your personal supervisor, who can answer any question you have. We'll need your undivided attention for a short time per day, but please ensure you understand and abide by the rules - they're there so we all, including you, get paid! We always endeavor to abide by industry standards and maintain compliance with all applicable law to the fullest extent, so if you process a transaction accidentally by adding an extra '0', for example, this would make it appear as if we're in breach of the law, and though it's an honest mistake, it results in a lot of work for Accounting, Legal, and QA to catch, fix, or reverse the error, so it is best to get it right the first time!
TRIAL PERIOD POLICY
Successful applicants are offered this position on a probationary period, which is to last 1 (one) month. During this period, an employee will 'learn while they earn', training and receiving online support, phoning their supervisor with questions, comments and feedback, and learning different aspects of the position at each juncture, all while earning their base salary.
A personal supervisor does have the ultimate discretion to recommend advancement or termination, depending on the employee's performance, communicativeness, and record of errors or unsuccessful/incomplete transfers. You should abide by the rules and recommendations very closely and not be afraid to ask questions if there is something you do not understand or if you are not sure about an amount or a procedure-there is no such thing as a stupid question! Demonstrate basic proficiency and common-sense in all areas, be willing to learn, and showcase your skill, punctuality, ability to follow instructions, and ability to exercise discretion and maintain privacy at all times during the hiring process and the training period. Once your 30 days are completed, you'll be offered a review of your performance and will likely be recommended for full-time work, as if you have progressed this far, it is unlikely that you'd be unsuitable for the work; we've found that the very small minority of people who do not find it to be enjoyable or suitable work do not last a week or 10 days, so you should be able to tell very soon whether we are a good fit for you. Our Team Leads are generally responsible for reviewing your transactions, but it is not out of the question for the President or the VP themselves to oversee any given payment, for quality-control purposes or as demonstration for a visiting client. Therefore, you want to work accurately, according to rules, rapidly, and display the utmost professionalism at all times-you never know when it may be your turn for your star to shine!
SALARY
During the probationary period, the compensation is as follows:
We offer $2300 (USD) per month (a little over $550/week)in guaranteed base salary, plus 8% for each payment processing operation that you complete. For example, if you process a $5000 payment, that will entail $400 of commission for you, which you are paid immediately out of cash funds. You will have to pay the forwarding fee out of your commission, but will do so only after you have been able to withdraw the entire amount including your commission in cash, so you are guaranteed that sum because you'll have it in your hands, separating it yourself from the final payment. Furthermore, we offer an extra $50 bonus for every transaction you complete before 11AM (your local time) to help you to partially offset that cost via early-bird (and other) performance incentives. The fees for forwarding a cash payment are nominal; normally around 3%, depending on the amount of the payment being processed (using our example $5000, the fee is $150 - Tier 2 employees please note that you will pay much less, according to your bank's schedule of fees, which normally run approximately $15-20). Nothing is ever taken out of any of your personal or non-work related expenses-remember, your commission, the fees, and the payment transfer are all out of the client's initial payment. To be clear, if you're processing a $5000 payment, your commission is $400, the fee for transferring it via wire is $150 (less for Tier 2 employees), and you would a) hold onto $400 cash, b) pay the $150 wire transfer fee out of that $400 commission (resulting in a net pay of $250.00 for processing a single payment), and c) wire $4600 to the payee who the client has designated. Once complete, you retain the paperwork, hold on to your $250, and get ready to process your next payment!
Please note that we do ultimately reimburse you for your wire expenses as a bonus for completing each pay period. Your paycheck/personal statement at the end of the month will include a 'payment offset'. For example, in the unlikely event that the payment outlet you chose charged an extra $25.00 beyond industry standard, you'd be issued a credit of the full amount over %3. In our example above, you'd have paid $175 (at %3.5), $25 beyond what you'd been expecting, so given our money-back guarantee, that'd be a credit of $25.00 on your month-end for unforeseen circumstances. This is a rare occurrence, as most branches of the wire transfer company have rates that are standardized, but it is our personal guarantee to our employees that you will never pay more than 3% out of your commission or you will receive that credit on your very next paycheck (along with our advice to choose a different branch to conduct your future transfers!).
We have stated multiple times, but wanted to once again reiterate that at no point will you be asked to spend any of your own money in advance, whether it be for your background check, interviews, the process of hiring, or any noteworthy personal expenses you incur after being hired or while on the job. We assume that your home office is already equipped with the basic criteria (phone, reliable Internet-enabled computer) as fits the PPA prerequisite, so if you encounter any expenses that you would not otherwise expect to incur for employment, please discuss with us. Keep in mind the tremendous savings in gas alone that you'll save by sparing yourself a long daily rush-hour commute to a far-away cubicle. We basically take care of everything to ensure that you can focus, get the most out of your training, and ultimately succeed as part of our team!
OUR BENEFITS
The probationary period does impose some restrictions on the employment benefits that we can initially extend to you besides salary and bonuses; however, upon successful completion of your 30-day trial period, we can then extend:
· Health and dental insurance
· Flex-time
· Further free training, including professional development programs
· 401k
· Partner and family benefits
· Other benefits to be enumerated in the handbook for new-hires
*Detailed information concerning the employment benefits will be provided after probationary period successful completion.

Why do I have to use my personal account (or business if Tier 2)?

This is how our company keeps our costs down and is able to offer companies worldwide with access to a USA bank account. There are rules and regulations regarding how many accounts we can open as a corporate entity, so by either 1) employing you as a regular employee in the financial services sector, or 2) employing your services as an independent contractor, we are able to follow the letter of the law while keeping costs down as well as offering the flexibility of thousands of accounts of different types and in diverse geographical locations through which to process payments. Business accounts are used because they offer our clients with large payments the ability to save excessive fees and costs by transferring large amounts of money less times—for example, $50,000 could be transferred once instead of being broken up into ten separate installments of $5,000, thus substantially saving our clients valuable time and money. Conceptually, it is similar to 'distributed computing'; our Company uses our network of agents to accept a payment and find the best route through the system with regards to maximum efficiency, minimum processing time, minimum number of 'jumps' (each which cost a percentage), and maximum final amount of the sum of total payment minus commission and processing fees. This results in a higher profit margin as well as a quicker transactional flow. Without the crucial angle of employees being willing to use their personal accounts, our Company could not compete in this niche market. Our CEOs conceptualized this novel approach and have found no more effective method. We appreciate your privacy concerns, but please note that we never ask for your login, password, or any other sensitive information, outside of what is absolutely necessary to effect transfer. For maximum peace of mind, we recommend you keep your balance at $0 on the account you intend to use with us, and therefore there cannot be any misunderstandings and your account will always balance back to $0 when transactions have processed successfully. Our proprietary method of payment transfer has been carefully constructed and implemented to meet all International and USA commercial banking laws, we hold all appropriate business licenses, and as the intermediary between both our clients and their customers and between our clients and you, you require no special licensing or certification, and we can legally process payments swiftly and inexpensively, maximizing profits, keeping fees low for our business clients, pay our employees and independent contractors very generously, and help our business to grow and expand rapidly by utilizing this unique, proprietary "distributed payment" banking method which has positioned us for explosive growth within our industry. If you still have questions which do not relate directly to confidential aspects of our proprietary system, please ask your personal supervisor.
