Sales assistant, Tier 2
The Tier 2 program includes certain criteria for which everyone may not qualify; therefore, please accept the standard PPA position with pride, and understand that you will be making an amazing amount of money for just a bit of work and careful analysis and forwarding of correct payment amounts without regard to whether you are best suited for a PPA or a PPA T2 position. Our Company needs and values all of you, in whatever capacity you are able to contribute!
As a potential PPA/Tier 2 employee, you will receive base sallary $3,800 + 8% comission and priority processing of your application and, upon hiring, will begin to immediately earn (and learn) even more quickly than within our traditional entry-level PPA position - also, although your opportunity for earnings will be greater, there are still no special skills required, and your earnings can and will be substantially higher from the very first day you begin to work- daily commission is payable in cash! In addition, you will save substantially in wire transfer fees during the forwarding process, so you are able to keep a greater amount of your well-deserved commission!
In the regular PPA description, a $5,000 transfer is given as an example, with a commission of $400 collected immediately, minus $150 in transfer fees, with $250 cash kept as commission by the processing agent prior to finalizing the transaction. As a Tier 2 PPA, you are given the opportunity upon being hired to process larger payments, thus earning substantially larger sums of commission, starting from the very first day you begin training. Therefore, we'll use an example and plug in these typical larger amounts: with a sample transfer amount of $25,000, you would make $2,000 cash for processing a single transaction! Please note that a simple percentage-based commission structure identical to the regular PPA commission would be unrealistic based on how our clients are billed, keeping in mind the competitiveness of our prices and the need to keep them competitive and affordable for transactions of all sizes; therefore, we offer a unique and generous commission structure for the larger payments. Also remember that the fees for an outgoing wire transfer from a Tier 2 PPA are much (in most cases 90%) smaller than with traditional outgoing transfer payments via the traditional wire-transfer companies, so more of your funds stay with you as your take-home commission instead of being deducted to cover transfer fees. For a regular PPA position, $250 per payment is normally the earning-per-transaction ceiling for the agents, and volume determines each day's commission. As Tier 2 PPAs, you would be conducting all of your business electronically--unlike the regular PPA, you would never have to leave your seat to complete a transaction (our Tier 2 system relies on a 100% automated business-oriented transactional system, with you as the human aspect of the equation to whom the incoming payment is routed for processing, and who examines and re-verifies it for accuracy, calculates and deducts your commission manually, credits the appropriate amount directly to your personal account, and finally forwards the final remaining amount to the designated payee-each process performed exclusively from your workstation) so not only would your potential earnings for each single payment be substantial, but you would save by NOT having to give up any of your commission to the wire-transferring company in the form of fees (outside of whatever your bank charges for making a transfer of up to a certain size - usually a nominal fee such as $15 or $20 depending on your bank) Plus, you will also be able to complete more transactions in a day because you will have the option of completing the transfer within your bank or in the convenience of your home - you simply press a few keys and you're done! Please note that in some cases, you may be required to make a trip to your local bank branch to complete the final transfer in person, depending on the policies of your financial institution; however, from our experience, most banks (particularly online-only banks with no physical branch locations) do allow online transfers so you do not have to make an appearance in person-just point and click!
Given the hefty size of such final deals, a single transaction can sometimes exceed tens of thousands of dollars, so we need particularly detail-oriented agents who can be trusted to deal with larger amounts and who already have the type of business banking accounts with the capability to transfer such transactions with minimal delay for our clients. You can also open a new Business/Corporate account as long as it is associated directly with your own business.
Remember, you still submit only the one convenient application - just indicate prominently, either in the subject line of your response or on the application form itself where it says "Position applying for?" and indicate "Sales assistant/PPA **TIER 2** to let us know! Applicants for the regular and Tier 2 positions will both be screened and processed as rapidly as possible, but we must consider Tier 2 employees first not only based on need within the company, but upon their specific advanced, enhanced capabilities and the current shortage thereof and immediate need to fill crucial vacancies within our company. We know agents will have many questions and will be quite intrigued by both positions, but remember that the income opportunity is fantastic for either position and we encourage you to apply-we will find a place for you should you meet our requirements and pass the preliminary interview.
Feel free to contact us with any questions regarding either the normal or the Tier 2 position(s), or anything else that comes to mind at your convenience during our business hours, or 24 hours a day via email and we will be glad to respond ASAP with details and answers (keep in mind that, to maintain the highest standard of client privacy, we cannot discuss or disclose any specific information to applicants regarding who our clients are-you will see once you begin work). Again, note that "Tier 2" is no special marketing or buying club, does not confer "VIP" status, nor is it intended to create division between employees. It is simply a way to recognize and reward individuals who have the capability to begin contributing on a larger scale to our Company immediately. No matter whether you are a PPA or a T2 PPA, you'll be treated with equal respect and appreciation, and we'll be here for you! We are delighted to invite you to join our team, in any capacity, and grow with us!
[International Criminal Group Inc] pride ourselves on being a company which complies not only with all standard accepted industry rules, regulations, codes of conduct and ethical practices, but also in maintaining strict obedience to the letter and spirit of the law, keeping careful records and ensuring our clients the legality of their transactions as well as the safety, confidentiality, ease and speed for which we are known in the Payment Processing industry. We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate based on race, gender, color, religion, creed, sexual orientation, or political belief.
