Hello all and good day to you. After being involved in a scam myself I am going to go out my way to help prevent it happening to others. So I have been reviewing the Employment Scams topics and I have started to notice a few things and I am going to share this with you.

(Fincial support agent, IT Outsourcing)

Ok so to start with we are going to go to the site that was trying to scam me.
http://www.dynamicservicesltd.co.uk - http://www.dynamicservicesltd.biz

And here is a list of ones that I have matched to look the same.

http://it-pulsar-ltd.biz/
http://finservices.biz/
http://nuovafinanzesrl.biz/
http://jctconsulting.biz/
http://humanconsult.org/
http://humanconsult.org/
http://eastwest-consult.biz/company/manage
http://consulenzepiusrl.biz/
http://backoffice-solutions-llc.biz/
http://bonotti-it.biz/
http://business-accounting-uk.org/
http://consultuklimited.biz/
http://human-consult.org/
http://it-dynamic-us.biz/
http://itechproltd.org/

Had to stop here due to the amount that I was finding in the Employment Scams Forum here.

So why have I listed all these for you. Well lets look into it some more, open the first and any of the other ones. I have noticed in this list of sites is that the only thing that really changes is the color scheme and the layout other than that its the same really. All the top menus have the same buttons. So what I want you to do now is to scroll over the About The Company button and then scroll down that menu to Management Team. What you will see on all the sites listed above is that the Management Team all have the same faces the only thing that really changes here is the persons names. The rest of the details on the sites listed all seem to be the same and even some of them are an exact match to others listed. You can even see that the text that scrolls over the banners match, they are all dummy websites that look similar and out to do the same thing and scam us not of our own money but to provide them with a service to transfer money that is not theirs that they have got from somewhere illegally.

Now after I found this website and started to join the dots I am out to make sure that this is not going to happen for much longer. I am going to list a few things you can do to help report website scams of any sort. So here is a list of things you need.

Domain Names
Company Name
Address
Contact Numbers
Fax Numbers
Emails

Use http://companycheck.co.uk and get as much of their details as u can, Directors, Secretary, Company number, Registered date, ect.

Use http://www.who-owns.co.uk/ to find details on the domain name owner

With this info you can file a Fraud report with http://www.actionfraud.police.uk/

If there is anything i might have missed or u need help please just leave a reply.

Thanks
Mad

Actionfraud is the reporting organization for UK victims. For the many people visiting here from outside UK, it is NOT the appropriate agency. In the US, it would be IC3. Every country will have their own agency. If you are in UK, there is probably no harm in reporting it (other than possibly spreading already stretched resources even thinner) through them, but if you haven't lost money, chances are your report will be logged and that is about it. If you have lost money, odds of it going much further are still not very high--but you should definitely report it if you have lost money.

The criminals are not in UK. Actionfraud is powerless to arrest them. The sites will not be killed and the criminals will not be apprehended. While we encourage reporting any and all losses, a report to any government agency is NOT going to get these criminals stopped. It is a sad, but very true, reality.

Madlad, I can understand your anger and frustration, and your desire to strike back. Many of us are here because we realize that criminals like these slip through the cracks every day, and the organizations responsible for bringing them to justice often don't have the power or resources to do so. That's why we focus on education and action where it is possible.

You might want to check out our sister site, 419eater.com. Eater is our "working" site, where we bait scammers, collect evidence, and take action to get these sites closed down.

One other point: The company names on these sites will be fake, or they will be copied from a real company. If you find the business name listed as registered in UK, it will NOT be connected to the website. The scammers behind these sites are NOT from UK. They are typically from FSU, and they are smart enough to hide behind completely fake names and details.

Thanks for the reply, I have changed the subject and added UK Help so that it states this is the best thing to do that I found after about 3 hours or researching for UK Fraud reporting. I understand that the business details might not be correct but having them also will help the people that look into this type of thing get the full facts on whats happening and how.

They are clever but not 100% smart, I have been able to track a picture back to the real owner and waiting a reply so that we might be able to push harder at getting something done. Once the real person knows that their picture is being wrongly used they might be able to push this harder for us.

Loads of things to try just have to keep pushing and pushing until its resolved.

They are usually known here as Bimbom Bump sites and all the same East European gang. They are regularly pursued and closed down but arise like Mushrooms overnight. Some people here track them but that part remains a secret. The job site links they give are all legit however hidden among those jobs listed are more fake ads usually money laundering ones. Finding them can be a bit of a task, but I have found some and now have the contacts to enable me to get them deleted if needs be. Also can be complicated by ads for multi level marketing that do look like scams but aren't, although I never figure out why pyramid schemes are illlegal and those are not..

Cool its good to know that someone is out there tracking them to the best of their ability. I will continue to research this scam that got me and I will keep this topic updated on any changes i have. I myself think its the host providers job to make sure they are supporting legal sites and to shutdown or report a suspected fraud site.

There can never be too many people chasing after these scammers by MadLad, and the members here and at other associated and separate sites have a wide range of skills and abilities all directed at tracking and combatting this organisation. One group has devoted much time and effort to getting their scam websites shut down and, as Dotti points out, others are acting as fake victims to collect information and disrupt their activities, but that's more the activity of 419eater, and it's best to join that site to discover how to do it safely and securely.

It's all working to the same end, but using different skill sets. Every scrap of information adds to the picture and enables us to see in detail how they operate and ensure that they can never hide what they're doing from us.

You are welcome to add your support and assistance in any way you are able.
