i want to ask about this job offer i got from dyncorp internationalhttp://www.dyn-intl.comas the sender of the email says and... for the record i applied for the job with dyncorp through an email that i got from a friend in the work this email says:

6.0. EXPENSES BEFORE TRAVEL BY EMPLOYEES:
Expenses made/incurred by the employee, related to relocation of duties or expenses made, during the
procurement of Affidavit of Declaration/Oath obtainable at the British Crown Court,
will be substantiated with receipts and employer will re-imburse the employee not later than
five (5) working days, after submitting expense reports/receipts and proofs of such expenses or invoices, (after one week of arrival to job location). DYNCORP INTERNATIONAL accept to pay the costs for travel expenses, processing of Visa,/Affidavit of Declaration/Oath to the Employee.
The employee will after acceptance of the job offer and signing of this Contract Agreement be required to forward his/her Valid International Passport to the Barristers Chambers, to enable the Barristers
Chambers procure and obtain Visa,/Affidavit of Declaration/Oath on behalf of the employee, and this will be done within 48 working hours, after which the employee will be required to pay for his Affidavit of
Declaration/Oath.
The first six months or annual benefits shall be paid in advance before any employee of (DI) travels down to his/her duty posts officially, this is to enable all staff, settle all his / her domestic needs on arrival. As such, no excuses will be entertained on assumption of duty relating to default. Employee can also notify us in writing if he/she wants us to transfer his/her Six months up-front salary payment to his/her bank account before resumption of duty. DI will on receipt of the letter, Order our international Bank
to credit your nominated Bank Account Through Telegraphic Swift Transfer immediately, and this fund will be credited into your nominated bank account, after three working days, without any hitch.
Payment of this benefit is also geared towards making sure that all employee has enough fund / money in his/her bank account before coming down to UK for training for your duty post in afganistan, as the United
Kingdom Expatriates Financial Statutory Laws (UKEFSL) would demand.
NOTE: That this payment must be made by employee to show employee’s seriousness and commitment
to work with DYNCORP International ,
This agreement hereby binds the Employer and Employee, in that re-imbursements, will be made fully to employee upon presentation of expense report, invoice or receipts of expenses.
