All websites want to promote and advertise themselves, but scammers want to hide their activities from people seeking out scams. It doesn't work and, in fact, it's helpful to indicate what they are. It can even be used as a quick way to track down the sites.
The point being that the sites are mass produced clones using different names but the same content with the sole purpose of defrauding people.
