Job Description

Main responsibilities and requirements:

We are seeing individuals through out the country that are available for just a few hours per day during regular business hours. The main job responsibility is to receive parcels from various U.S. based online shops and then forwarding them to the appropriate buyer. This position does not have specific hours, however prompt action to every parcel is strongly enforced. Upon receiving a parcel, all shipping coordinators have 24 hours to further send the parcel to it's final destination.

There is no financial investment on your part and you may start working in just a week.

Duties:
Upon receiving a parcel, your main responsibility is to ensure that the parcel is not damaged and that the invoice matches the context of the shipment.

Following detailed instructions from your supervisor, you would further mail the parcel using USPS (United States Postal Service) to the original buyer that has chosen to use our services.

All shipping fees are covered by us. You only invest your time and accumulate payment for each parcel sent.

We offer:

Flexible working hours;
Bonuses according to work results;
Competitive salary;
Free training;
Online and phone support;
Possibility to combine this part time job with your primary occupation.

To apply for this position you will need to register with us and create a personal Task Manager account. This is your personal work area that you will use for receiving assignments and for communicating with your personal supervisor.

Upon completing the online application, you will be asked to provide some form of ID to verify your information and identity.

Frequently Asked Questions

1. Is there any training involved?

Absolutely! Upon becoming an employee of the company, you will be assigned a supervisor that will be responsible for your training. Our training consists of support from your supervisor and hands on experience. You will receive detailed instructions on how to proceed with every parcel and your supervisor will always be available just a phone call away.

2. Why do you need International Shipping Coordinators? Why can't you send the parcel directly to the client from shops at once?

Since certain latest products are not available in some countries of the world, many buyers prefer to do their shopping in United States, however not all stores ship outside U.S. For this reason a shipping coordinator position has been created in helping us receive parcels to a valid U.S. based address, and then forward the item to the original buyer for a certain fee.

3. Who pays for the shipping costs?

We cover all shipping expenses. Upon receiving parcels, we will provide you with any necessary funds to ship your items. There are no out of pocket expenses and the only required travelling is to and from your local USPS office.

4. How much will I get paid?

Your pay is based on base salary and commission. Monthly base salary is $1,100. In addition you will receive $25 per received and further shipped item. Minimum payout is per 10 parcels. Base Salary is paid out once a month (every 30 days of employment). With our current amount of orders, your monthly earning potential could reach $2,000 as a Part-Time employee.

5. How can I get my salary?

Once you process your first 10 parcels, you will receive your payment within 3 days. You will have the option of either receiving your payment via Western Union or PayPal.

Your base salary is paid out the same way, 30 days from your official start date.

6. What should I do when I receive a parcel?

After receiving the parcel you should visually inspect the box for presence of any defects and if there are any defects or damages, we ask that you notify us immediately and send us a picture of the defect.

In all other cases you are to hold on to the parcel until you receive further instructions for the item to be transferred to it's final destination.

Upon receiving full instructions, you would need to ship the item by physically visiting your local USPS branch.

7. How much time do I have to send the parcel?

You are absolutely required to send out the parcel within 24 hours after you receive the necessary shipping notifications from us. Any delays may result in fines, which are subtracted from your salary.

Our clients rely on our services to receive their purchases in timely manner. Our reputation is very important to us.

Please understand that if you are not able to dedicate 1-2 hours a day, however in most cases not every day, then you should not apply for this position. We ask that all applicants and employees take the speed of processing a shipment very seriously.

8. What about taxes?

Our rates include all door-to-door shipping costs. You don't have to pay anything. Your income does not have to be declared as we cover all the necessary commissioned taxes. However, in the event you would like a W-2 Form, we may provide it on quarterly basis.

9. What are my working hours?

Since this is a flexible position, we ask that you contribute 1-2 hours during regular business hours. This way we make sure that you are able to send out the necessary parcels within 24 hours after receiving shipping instructions.

If you need additional help or just have a question, do not hesitate to contact us.

More info please. What makes this a scam? Do they require an investment of some type? What experience do you have with them? Thanks in advance.

Unfortunately, this is a bog-standard reshipping scam. Any time you see a job that involves receiving packages at home and forwarding them, you want to STAY AWAY! Participation in this activity turns you into what is known as a mule, and leaves you open to arrest.

main job responsibility is to receive parcels from various U.S. based online shops and then forwarding them to the appropriate buyer

What this really means:
-The "buyers" are criminals, most likely based in another country (FSU countries are the most common.)
-They have compromised credit card and/or bank account information (they are either part of a hacker gang, or they have bought the information from the hackers) and they want to profit from this information. Many major retailers will not ship merchandise to countries with high fraud rates, which typically includes FSU and some African countries; and if they do ship to those countries, they won't ship if the credit card is from another country.
-In order to get around these restrictions, the criminals set up fake websites like the one posted in this thread. They recruit innocent people to become mules by using these sites to offer fake "jobs."
-They then order merchandise (especially high value/small size merchandise like electronics) using the stolen credit cards and/or accounts, and have it shipped to the mule.
-The address doesn't set off any alarms with the retailer, so as long as the payment account has not yet been blocked (e.g. the account owner doesn't realize it is compromised yet) they will ship the merchandise.
-The mule then forwards the package to the "buyer" who is really the criminal. There is an emphasis on speed, because they need it sent before there is a chance for the fraudulent payment to be identified.
-When the real account owner discovers the missing money ane/or unauthorized charges, he reports it to his agency. When the charges are traced, the MULE, not the real criminal (who has used a fake company name and is not traceable) is on the hook for receiving and forwarding stolen merchandise, which is a serious crime. The mule CAN be arrested and charged with a crime that will haunt him or her for life. He/she could also be blacklisted and by many of these sellers.
The "employer" just walks off with the merchandise. When it comes time to pay the mule for his "job" the "employer" will conveniently disappear.

Real reshipping companies do exist. These companies have physical locations, like warehouses and mailbox stores. Employees show up for work, just like mail service employees would. No legitimate reshipping company has people receiving and forwarding packages from home, period.

Thanks for the info. I wondered what the catch may be since they don't ask for any money.

Yes they do ask for money. You pay shipping out of your own pocket in advance and expect a payment back. It's a 419 scam. You will have the run around for a few days.
Once you process your first 10 parcels, you will receive your payment within 3 days.

You will get nothing and they will vanish leaving you to carry the expenses and the can. It's easy- the next victim will do the same- plenty of victims available to swallow the story.

Forgive me for being blunt cainsofoxford but the catch is that the police will kick in your front door because they'll know exactly where the stolen goods have been sent and the criminals who employed you are out of reach.

The catch is therefore that you get arrested and the criminals get possession of the stolen goods you sent them - you get a criminal record.

That sums it up clearly.
