This is definitely a scam. They are piggybacking off A&W restaurant, which is a legitimate business. However the email contacts are from the London.com and live.co.uk domains. Anybody can get an email address with that domain. The phone number is also a redirect, which is often used by scammers to hide their true location. The language of the email suggests it was written in Africa.

Anybody who falls for the scam will pay an endless series of fees to the attorney for various "documents" which the victim must obtain to get the nonexistent job.

There are other giveaways. The style of language used and simply that they clearly don't know your name.

There are other clues but I understand we shouldn't discuss them publicly as it can educate and improve the scammers. PM me if you want to know more.
