So i knew it was going to be a fake, so i just went along with it and after 5 days i finally got cheque in the post for £1500

I need somebody that can offer me these services:

* Bill payment (pay my bills on my behalf)

Where are you located? I will love to meet up with you to talk about this job but I am currently away on business. I am in Australia so there will be no interview. I will prepay you in advance to do my shopping. I will also have my mails and packages forwarded to your address. If you will be unable to stay at your house to get my mails, I can have it shipped to a post office near you and then you can pick it up at your convenience.

When you get my mails/packages, you are required to mail them to where I want them mailed to. You don't have to use money out of your pocket. All you have to do is have the package(s) shipped to wherever I want and do my shopping. You are allowed to open the packages to reveal its content.

The content of the packages are Art Materials and Paintings, clothings, business and personal letters. All expenses and taxes will be covered by me. You will work between 15 to 20hrs a month.

When I received the check I was not going to deposit it into my bank account so I went to a currency exchange since the check came from a credit union they would cash it. Except there was no check stub and when they contacted the credit union the check came from they said the check did not come from them and it was no good.

I then received these subsequent messages from "Tom Lewis/Thomas Wood" and decided to play along for a while:

My response
The bank would not deposit the check, they contacted the credit union for the check to clear. The credit union said the check was not from them and would not honor the check. I sent you an email with information Friday, and informing you the credit union from which the check came needed to be contacted. I cannot complete the assignment without the funds.

Furthermore I could not understand why you would send two amounts of money to the same person via two separate methods, if they are for the same charity. Also if they are for a charity why isn't the money going to the organization?
