Terms:

Salary range: $3500-5000 /month
The Financial Manager will be entitled to 5% of all completed transactions. The maximum turnover handled by a single manager is limited the by company?s policy and is set at $100,000 per month. Thus the maximum monthly pay will constitute $3,000-5,000.
You can combine this job with your current job, because you'll spend no more than 3 hours per week. This job can become perfect addition to your current job.

The point of the position U.S. Representative/Financial manager

When we initially started operations in the United States, we experienced some issues with US trade laws that can be summarized into two different problems:

All financial services operations have to take place inside the USA
Customers cannot make payments to a company don't have offices inside the US, even if the company is an industry leader around the world.

Our Home Office is located in Russia, which is why customers are not able to directly transfer money (payments for our designs) to our office in Russia. Under US law, the funds must be deposited into the account of the Financial Manager of Staffing Solutions that resides in the USA. Then, it is the Financial Manager?s responsibility to transfer the funds to our business in Russia. The company has to be registered in the US tax administration, which we have already finished. By maintaining a Financial Manager in the US, we are able to solve both of these problems and continue to help the companies that need us in the USA.

Today, Donna is one of the most sought-after interior designers in the Southwest. Donna made a name for herself in the residential arena before taking on commercial projects in 1997, leading the trend of creating commercial spaces with a residential ambiance. Her depth in expertise ranges from luxury custom homes to hospitality projects in the United States and abroad.

VANESSA BAZYDLO
With over 15 years experience in residential and commercial interior design, Kim primarily focuses on commercial projects such as golf clubhouses and spas. Kim's residential projects have been featured in noteworthy magazines, including Western Interiors and Traditional Home Magazine, as well as showcased in various design books. Her residential projects recently completed are in Santa Fe, Paradise Valley, Kona, Cabo San Lucas, Truckee and Chicago. Recent commercial projects were completed in Phoenix, Santa Fe and Lake Tahoe. Kim is currently working on the interior design of the Martis Camp Lodge & Lookout Lodge Ski Hut as well as numerous residential projects in Martis Camp, Incline Village and Kona.

DANIELLE BOYCE
Receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree from Bethel University and graduating from Scottsdale Community College's Interior Design program, Kris has successfully completed projects in Arizona and beyond, including Paradise Valley, DC Ranch in North Scottsdale, Kansas and New York. Kris began working with Vallone Design in 2002, working alongside other designers as well as taking the lead on her own interior design projects.

ANDREA CARDINALI
Completing her Bachelor of Science Degree from the School of Architecture and Interior Design from the University of Cincinnati, Niki has 15 years of experience and specializes in hospitality projects, including the remodel of historic El Chorro Lodge in Paradise Valley and the Kukui'ula Clubhouse in Hawaii. Niki has designed the interiors for custom estates throughout Arizona. Extremely client-focused and detail oriented, Niki goes to great lengths to ensure client satisfaction.

ALEX WYATT
Attending Arizona State University and studying Urban Planning and Development, Shane had the opportunity to work alongside SANDRA BOLLER 10 years ago and has been with Vallone Design ever since. Since working at Vallone Design, he has managed and overseen multiple custom high-end residential projects throughout California, Colorado, New York and Arizona, some of which have been featured in Phoenix Home and Garden Magazine and Luxe Magazine.
