Of course the proposition that an American or UK company would outsource its activities to errr - the UK or USA :=) is patently absurd.

The point of a company outsourcing their activities is to reduce their labour costs, which are increased by using such a complex method. Payment by simple credit card would reduce money transmission to a negligible figure without the necessity for the employment of extra staff at all, which incurs a whole variety of extra costs.

By simple logic this cannot be anything other than a scam as any company without the facility to receive payment by credit card or using its own bank account, is a figment of the scammer's imagination.

If you give the scammer access to your identity, he will steal it, and run up debt in your name, let alone steal any money of yours he can get his hands on. If you handle money he has stolen from others, you are doing so and receiving a salary for doing it. Some jurisdictions presume that this alone is enough to prosecute you as a criminal.

These are Bimbom-Bump sites; all Bimbom-Bump sites have a step in signup where the new mule can enter the password for accessing his bank account online. Those who do this, besides being prosecuted for money laundering, can have their bank accounts or other funds (if they use the same password) messed with by the scammers.
