In the process of being reported for fraud

The two Russian licenses are for unrelated construction, not interior design, companies called Geyser Electro (they've used this one before; no address) and Teploenergomontage (can't quite read the small print; Gryazinski Highway, Lipetsk). The EPA certificate is for Leader Builder Corp.; I don't know what real ones look like, but judging by the Florida licenses on previous sites, I guess it's a complete fabrication which they used on a previous site and forgot to change the name.
