If these scammers at least made the effort to attempt to work out who the relevant regulatory authorities are in the USA, it may give hope that they may one day evolve in to something other than the numbskulls they are now.

In spite of this they remain serious organised criminals who bring harm and misery to anyone who deals with them, and they should be stamped on severely. :twisted:
