Company Representative scams, Payment Processing scams and other Employment scams.

Hello,

Me and my girl were trying to work as an au pair, and we answered a "family" who we found out is a scammer.

Unfortunately we have send him many pictures of ourselves with young children and our CVs with our mobile phone number and home address. We think he also filmed us at Skype for 53 seconds.

Now that we know he´s a scammer we´re really worried of what they can do with our pictures, mobile phone number and home address, but especially with our pictures.

Could anybody help us? Should we go to the police? What can they do with our pictures? (in case they want them for anything) Can we do something??

Thanks a lot for reading and maybe answering if you can.

Welcome to SW

The chances are that the scammer will use your pics to scam someone else

As to your phone number, that will be of no use to him, your first step is to have no more contact with the scammer.

I would get in touch with the police, though I doubt that they will be able to do much. the scammer is not who he says he is

Please post any emails with headers from him, it may help other people from being scammed

I know this is probably what you do not want to read but you are not the first to be taken in by this, these scammers are very good at what they do.
