This sounds like a Grafton-Riggs scam, but I don't find a website with Google. Please post the emails from the scammer, including complete headers. We need the headers to kill the domain. It looks like the scammer is impersonating a real company in Raleigh.

I did receive exactly the same e-mail as Chrisuk91.

You won't even get a job as a shop assistant without a face to face interview, so the suggestion that you could get a job as a financial controller for a foreign company over the internet is ludicrous. I note that they do add that you'll be trained, but that only makes it even more ridiculous, evidencing that the writer of the e-mail doesn't understand English fully, or the implications of being a financial controller which is an accountancy role, and not a junior one. As financial controller you'd either be a financial director or his senior assistant.

The idea that a foreign company without a presence in the UK would employ strangers over the internet to handle their finances is plainly silly. In such circumstances proof isn't required if you're deciding whether or not to apply as it'll avoid you wasting your time.

CAR ADVERTS - If a car seller mentions escrow - he's scamming you Never ever for any reason pay anything until you have seen and inspected the vehicle
by MannyEric Mon Jul 08, 2013 8:21 am
All is logical, I have thought about it myself as well. I guess rule no.1 would be like "if something is too good to be true" it's 99.9% scam :)

What is their business plan? To get the bank details from "applicants"?
by Dotti Mon Jul 08, 2013 8:24 am
This is a textbook money laundering scam. The company names and some of the bogus details change periodically, but the scam is exactly the same--in the end they will want you to receive money transferred from compromised bank accounts and forward it to the scammers. Not only are you unlikely to make any money, but participation can land you in jail.

Back in May they were calling themselves "Lambert Finance" as you can see here: http://inspired-portal.com/job-prospects-in-my-life/
