Company Representative scams, Payment Processing scams and other Employment scams.

My husband has his resume posted on several job search sites and received this email from [email protected] this morning. Can't get the headers since he viewed it on his cell phone.

I won't point out the obvious mistakes. Sounds like a postal scam where they are buying things using stolen credit cards and want you to ship them overseas as a way to cover the trail. I did a quick search and found the same email posted on other forums over the past few weeks.

Hello !
Please, take look at the following proposal.

Picknship incorporated has opened the position of a courier employee. If you have received this letter, that implies the online recruitment department managers have seen your resume on the web, since our recruitment department is looking for job applicants on the web.

Picknship incorporated inc is a European company which is situated in Poland (Warsaw). This company provides retail trade and forwarding of a lot of items (mostly modern electronics equipment) and realizing it to European clients. We have been rather viable on this market since 2005.

Oops - saw your post on Hand to Hand first. The site claims three decades of experience but is less than a year old.

I don’t know whether they are all using a free template or whether they have copied their websites from the legitimate Canadian company Interglobal Logistics here:

Thanks HannahsDad,

Those three sites have now been reported for fraud.

It looks like here is another one. Not the same formatting but the words are the some on the About US page

One year registration, but the company claims to have been in business since 2006. Anonymous registration. Claim to be in the UK, but use a 44-70 telephone number.

And I notice the mentioned 447024028022 number is listed on a prominent uk freenumber page. Where a call to said number can be forwarded or diverted for free to Panama.
