careers at coworth park hotel, scam or real?

I've been on a transaction with the Recruiting Manager of the CoWorth Park Hotel a couple of weeks already and send them some informations about me. He said that the company already accepted me to be a receptionist and will be paid £3000 monthly. The processing fee for my legal documents is roughly £1400 and he said that I shall pay for the £400 and the rest will be of the hotel. He has been using the email address [email protected]... He sent me a Contract Letter with the header Birmingham Civil Justice Centre signed by certain Mrs. Sarah Dickson as Chief Justice of the Birmingham Centre. I asked him before if this is legal and he assured me of a safe transaction. Everything is settled except my payment because I want to be sure for the last time. Please help me identify if this is real or just a scam...Thank you so much.

The Coworth Park Hotel has its own domain, coworthpark.com. It would not be using Rocketmail. Please post the emails.

Thank you for your time and giving a comment on my post. That's the only email address he used, nothing more. The man is named in his messages as Billy Spencer. He told me to send the payment through Money Gram Money Transfer under the name John Robinson whom he said as their Chief Accountant. I haven't send the money yet because I still want to be sure.

DISCIPLINE:
Reasons which could give rise to disciplinary measures are as follows:
(1) Causing a disruptive influence in the OFFICE  is prohibited.
(2) Job incompetence is not allowed.
(3) Conduct during or outside working hours prejudicial to my interests..
(4) Unreliability in time keeping or attendance.
(5) Failure to comply with our reasonable instructions or procedures.
(6) Theft or other dishonest offenses will be dealt with.
(7) Drunkenness not allowed.
(8) Illegal drug taking prohibited.

* NOTE: That any Activities of improper conduct will also be our concern too,you will be highly required to be of your best behavior (in or outside) as you work for us to protect our good name.

* TRAVEL PROCESSING EXPENSES:
*You are expected to shoulder 40% of the processing costs for your visa and other necessary legal documents needed for your arrival.
*The host company is ready to shoulder 60% percent part of your travel fee for your convenience
*ACCOMMODATION/FEEDING:  You shall have a big room, huge, and has a double bed, with sitting area and TV/DVD/Video/Hifi. There is also a wireless broadband internet in the room!!. We shall discuss travel arrangements in duecourse of which I would be of generous assistance to you.
*As for your Accommodation and feeding, the host company will provide that.

You can only call the scammer on that phone number.

No, no, no jollyjoy! As mumbles has correctly stated, do not send any money. It is simply a scam artist trying to trick you. The exact same phone number +447024094839 has previously been used in a nanny type scam dated from late February of Twenty Ten. It then begs the question how do two individuals have the same phone number? That in itself raises too many questions that need answering!http://www.scamwarners.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=26&t=13567 is a previous article and better describes these redirect 4470 phone numbers. They literally are scam codes. Please read that post.
When a target rings (what they believe to be a legitimate number) a 4470 scammers number, the phone carrier transfers the call to the real scammers phone number which is hidden from view.

He even called yesterday afternoon and asked how soon can I send the money. That gives us a hint why only that time that he called since the transaction. Thank you guys for your time, I will not reply to his messages anymore.

It is not legally possible to pay money to a company by Moneygram or Western Union, and companies do not use those payment services because they are only for use by private individuals. Government bodies don't use them for the same reason. There is nothing wrong with these payment services but they are only for use if you want to pay money to a private individual you know. The person contacting you is a thief who just wants to put your money in his pocket.

The scammer has many things wrong in his offer. Berkshire does not fall under the administrative jurisdiction of Birmingham and the salary he talks about for a hotel receptionist is ridiculously large. There isn't a shortage of labour in the UK and if they offered the job locally for that salary they'd get hundreds of people applying.
