Received this one 3 times in one day. Particularly desperate scammer?

Seems to be using links to real charity organisations in order to make his messages look more legitimate.
(That definitely earns him a spot in the baiting queue... )

(Links to real charity sites active for the curious among you)

Dear Sir/Ma

Would you like to work for our organization full time/Part time and get paid weekly? We are glad to offer you a job position at our charity organization, SOS Children's Villages.
We need someone to work for the charity organization as a representative/business coordinator in your country. This is in view of our not having an office presently in your country. You don't need to have an Office for now and this certainly wont disturb any form of work you have going at the moment.

* The average monthly income is about 4000.00USD.
* No form of investments from you.
* This job takes only 1-3 hours per day
Thus we need to get donations from our donors as soon as possible because they can just "forget" to pay.

Unfortunately we are unable to open bank accounts in the United States without first registering the company name unless you will be willing to help with it. Presently with the amount of donors we have, we cannot put them on hold. For fear of loosing the donors out rightly. Secondly we cannot cash these payments from the US soon enough as international Cheques take about 14 working days for cash to be made available. We lose about 75,000USD of net income each month because we have money transfer delays.

YOUR TASK, Your task is to coordinate payments from donors and help us with the payment process. You are not involved in any charity activity. We have decided to open this new job position for solving this problem. Your tasks are; 1.Receive payment from Donors 2. Cash Payments at your Bank 3. Deduct 10% which will be your percentage/pay on Payment processed.4. Forward
balance after deduction of percentage/pay to any of the offices you will be instructed to send payment to.

Payment is to be forwarded either by Money Gram or Western Union Money Transfer. Local Money transfers take barely hours, so it will give us a possibility to get donors payment almost immediately.

For example you've got 5000.00USD You take your income: 500.00USD Send to us: 4500.00USD Plus your basis monthly salary is 3000USD.
If you are interested, you are to send us your full info:

He's also running a craigslist scam.... basically just responds to every ad and then harvests email addresses from those who reply.
