In no way are we/poster saying Nouvelle Consultancy Ltd. is a scam or participating in this fraud. The above post was made to warn and alert possible victims.


I am the director of Nouvelle Consultancy Ltd, a legitimate UK limited company set up in 2007 to provide IT consultancy services and still in operation. Not sure how you established the link, but the fraudulent websites http://nouvelle-ukconsultancy.org, http://uknouvelle-consultancy.org, http://uknouvelle-consult.biz or any variations of the above have no connection whatsoever with Nouvelle Consultancy Ltd, as suggested on your website. Furthermore, the company's registered address (presumably obtained free from Companies House) that has been mentioned in these articles also bears no connection to the scam websites above or any related illegal activities.

You are hereby requested to remove any reference to Nouvelle Consultancy Ltd, it's registered address, directors or any other company details in this or other related articles (linking it to fraudulent websites) WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT, before any further action is initiated. I would also strongly urge you to verify facts before making associations between fraudulent websites and legitimate companies purely on the basis that they share the same or similar name.

I can be reached on the email address provided during registration to this forum if required.

The first line reads:
"Nouvelle Consultancy Ltd at http://nouvelle-ukconsultancy.org is a scam money mule recruitment site. "

The registered address of the company is then listed at the bottom of the post.

After reading all this, how can you possibly make the conclusion that "In no way are we/poster saying Nouvelle Consultancy Ltd. is a scam or participating in this fraud. " Whilst I appreciate the objective of such posts, if the poster/your intent was to alert readers that 'Scammers are piggy backing the REAL companies', then the original post doesn't state or even allude to that in any way. If anything, it suggests a link between a legitimate company and a fraudulent website on the back of no evidence, which is a highly defamatory accusation and subject to libel.

I urge you one again to either remove the post altogether or clarify on the original post that the website has no relation to the company Nouvelle Consultancy Ltd and that 'scammers are piggy backing real companies', in your own words. I hope no further action will be required on my part to resolve this issue immediately.
