3) We also need a photo with the document that can prove your identity.
Take your DL(ID) in your hand and make a photo of yourself with it to
make sure that the documents belong to you.
4)I9 form
5) W4 form will be sent to you and requested to be filled out by the
end of the first working month.

The agreement, I9 and W4 forms should be printed using a printer and
signed with a pen.
