Position: Shipping/Receiving Clerk
Department: Correspondence department
Salary: $ 1800 USD in month + from $ 30 to $ 80 USD for every SENT parcel
You will receive from 50 to 100 packages a month. The farther away you work - the more packages will be.

GENERAL

People from other countries buying a lot of goods in many online stores in the U.S.. But many Internet shops do not send outside of the U.S.. So they use our services. We accept those goods they want to buy, at the addresses of our staff - package handlers. Our employees are receiving goods; check it for the defects before sending it directly to the recipient. It often happens that we want to merge the contents of multiple packets into one and send to one of our employees in the recipient country. Thus, we can reduce postage costs. To do this job you should stay at your house during post service working hours, at times you will have to accept parcels, addressed to our clients. You should take the parcel directly from the postman, and not at the office.

PRINCIPAL DUTY

Our company is hiring individuals to work as part-time Shipping/Receiving Clerk. This is a physical, fast-paced position that involves continual lifting. Lowering and sliding packages that typically weigh 5-35 lbs. and may weigh up to 70lbs. Part-time employees usually work 4-5 hours each weekday (Monday through Friday) and typically do not work on weekends or selected holidays.
You have to:
1. Check the goods for defects and mechanical damage.
2. Send a detailed report on each parcel received your supervisor.
3. Print prepaid shipping label
4. Send goods to our employee in the recipient country.

All the parcels pass the control in the International Package Center. We care about your security.
REQUIREMENTS

MS Word, Excel and Outlook knowledge
Report writing
Monitoring the quality, quantity, cost and efficiency of the movement and storage of goods
Strong ability to receive directions and establish routine.
Capable of working independently using appropriate judgment.
Well-equipped at identifying package markings and zip codes.
Able to concentrate, memorize, and recollect logical connections and sequences


WORKING CONDITIONS

Based on the foregoing, the main part of the day you will have to stay at home, taking the goods. And one or two times a day you will need to go to the post offices of some postal services, such as USPS and FedEx, to send packages for which we have already prepared a prepaid labels.
Also, you have to constantly check your Email to maintain a constant connection with your supervisor, and to get from him new information about incoming packages.

WORK PLAN

1. Receive the correspondence to your residential address
2. Report to your supervisor about new delivered packages.
3. Repack received items following the instructions our manager will send to you.
4. Receive prepaid shipping labels.
5. Fill the forms and papers according to our manager’s instructions (You will receive the e-mail with instructions for each parcel).
6. Send the package out using the specified shipping method
