The Financial Support Agent agent works in the Department of Redundancy department. FSA and FSO (Financial Services Officer) are common euphemisms for a money mule. Did the scammer tell you about any website?

The obvious clue is that any UK job offer that states it includes

- Dental Care

...is an indication it's being made by someone clueless about the UK jobs market, and any company offering health and dental cover would insist you take a medical first, otherwise they're potentially taking on a massive risk with someone who could be suffering from a serious underlying medical problem.

You're dealing with brainless criminal maggots who operate to a template plan with little use of the brain, only a focus on stealing money and people's identities. If they can get your money, your bank account and identity, they will, but even then they aim to involve you in laundering money they've stolen money from other people and the trail leads straight to your bank account.

You will get caught, usually the first time you receive a payment, but I can't specify what damage it will do you other than that it could lead to prison and/or losing your bank account. At the very least, your account will be flagged up for scrutiny to the financial crime authorities and even that could affect the rest of your life.

Apart from all the other faults in this scam, it is simply illegal for any UK company to employ someone off the internet to handle its payroll due to data protection law.

The whole fictitious basis of the fraud is based on something which is entirely illegal anyway.

This is a Bimbom-Bump money mule site. Bimbom-Bump has been recruiting money mules since 2009, making up new fake company names and fake websites every month, and even new nameservers every so often. This site has been reported for fraud.
