Speak to your bank and advise them of the situation.

If any cheques turn up, shred them.

If any deposits are made to your bank account advise your bank that you suspect them to be fraudulent.

Ignore any further emails that the scammers send you, as they will probably try to convince you that they are legitimate.

Please do not tell scammers that they are listed here - it will take them seconds to change their fake details and their new details will not be listed for any future victims to find.

Please post the emails here. They will be useful for reporting the site.

Print out the emails, headers included, and show to the fraud department of your bank. If any money appears in your bank, do not withdraw any money until it disappears.

Hello

I have fallen for this. I haven't started "any tasks" yet but I have given them my driving license details. What can I do??

They're in Czechia, Slovakia, Poland, Russia, or some place like that. I doubt they'll do anything with a driver's license from an English-speaking country. But if you give them a bank account number, they'll try to pass stolen money through it. Talk with your bank.

Hello altym87,

It is 100% scam. The worse type of scam a victim can find themselves in. He wanted you to accept stolen money in your bank account and forward it to him. After all is said, when the victim realizes that they were scammed. They will call the Police and give them all your information. You will be the only one in this Scam that can be located.

You need to contact your Bank and inform them that you gave your banking details to a Scammer. Your bank should advise you on what to do. In the mean time if you receive any money in the account from an unknown source. Do not withdraw it. Alert your bank.

There should be no worries with your Passport. The scammer only wanted that to make his scam appear real to you.

Stop all contact with scammer now. Do not reply to him for any reason. He will only lie more to you.

Please contacta moferatorstor if you have a question or information about this post.

Please do not tell the scammer he is posted here.
