Your suspicion is correct. It is a scam.

"courier services" = reshipping mule.

The "job" would involve receiving merchandise purchased with stolen credit cards and forwarding it to the criminals.

Later, when the unauthorized charges were discovered, the trail would lead straight to you.

Edit to add: Could you please post the scammer's email address and website?

It does not appear on this top 10 list http://www.xmarks.com/topic/package_forwarding

3 V Ranch is not BBB Accredited.
The TRUSTe link ponts to the http://www.getyourparcel.com/default.htm which no longer exists

I suspect that GYP / GetYourParcel was an earlier version

On the 4th of Feb [2011] GetYourParcel opened a new 912 square foot full-service branch in London serving over 100 members. The opening was attended by representatives from the Royal Mail, DHL and FedEx executives.

Now that seems a bit unlikely.

There website seems to be selling their services, and includes an address and phone number. However, it does read like one written by someone not from here:

"Our proficiency stands in our customer’s good stead and will sure be helping you with shopping concerns via most popular online stores as Ebay, Amazon and dozens of others. We are happy to put our knowledge and experience for the sake of our customer's business and interests"
