Administrative Assistant position

The Mizama Consulting Company is seeking qualified applicants for the part time position of Administrative Assistant. Experience preferred and proficiency in basic computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel.

Job Summary:
This is an ideal position for a college graduate, or someone wanting to grow their experience in administration and customer service.
In this role you will be responsible for undertaking a range of administrative and financial duties with our client`s in your area.
Administrative assistants are responsible for the same tasks that traditional assistants are: running errands, sorting out paperwork and mailing, screening exchange operations and photocopying.
Weekly hours from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm.
Qualifications include, but are not limited, to the following:

Must be at least 18 years of age with a High School Diploma or equivalent.
Demonstrate a high level of energy, drive, and initiative.
Familiarity with general record keeping and cash handling.
Proven ability to complete multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
Good telephone etiquette.

Salary
$31,000 per year, plus excellent commission. On top of the $2500 base Net salary offered to all our employees, we offer a commission as well.
