TWO YEARS EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT LETTER
We are pleased to offer you employment at Healthy Sea Foods Ltd. We feel that your skills and background will be valuable assets to our team. The position we are offering you is that of Fish Packing Delivery. The purpose of this letter is to confirm our mutual agreement on the terms of your work.
Your start up date will be January 08, 2014. You will be primarily responsible for leadership in all aspects of the plant.
WORK SCHEDULE: You will have one day off per week, usually on Sundays. The department head shall establish each employee’s work schedule as operational needs demand. The normal work week of 40 or 48 hours distributed over five or six consecutive work days, usually Monday through Friday or Saturday, 8:00 a.m. until 4:00pm.
COMPENSATION: Your starting salary will be CAD21 $ per hour and additional CAD25 $ per extra hour of the start date.
BENEFITS: You will be given medical benefits, free Accommodation, private transportation and other benefits. Your right to such benefits under the terms of the plan the employee's favor compared to the waiting period.
VACATIONS: After the first 8 months of work, you are entitled to 28.8 days of vacation, and then you can plan to take up to a week of paid vacation for each completed period of 8 months, you take a holiday vacation. Naturally it depends on the schedule that is mutually acceptable to both parties. Leave can not be accumulated over the 4 weeks of total earned vacation.
Performance appraisals: At 4 months, 8 months and then annually.
OTHER CONDITIONS: Food / Accommodation / Medical / Private transport / air ticket provides employees.
We expect you to reflect our high ethical and legal standards at all times, whether on or off.
