Company Representative scams, Payment Processing scams and other Employment scams.

Hi guys,

I'm relatively new here (literally just signed up so I could post this) so bear with me and apologies if this has been discussed before.

Got an email from a "senior member of HR staff" by the name of Maria R. Snodgrass from a company called Behling Consulting Centre (their website's above in the title) who emailed me last Friday (15/11/2013) in regards to a position I was apparently perfect for (they didn't mention from what UK based job search site they found my CV on). That position being an Account Handler (which you can view here: http://behlingcenter.com/index.php?q=team).

Unfortunately I haven't got that email with me as I disposed of it pretty much right after I responded and they gave me an "application form" to fill in which asked for my address, sort code, account number, signature and various other forms of personal information but I remember the contents of the email quite well because I spent ages trying to figure out whether this was a legitimate company or not on Google - some of that content being they will put you on a 10 day course (they won't specify even in their response to you having an interest in the role where it will be, when it will be and what time, etc.) and will give you £30 for each day to pay for it, so eventually when you do the math that accumulates to a good £300 they'll apparently give you towards their training program prior to the recruitment process.

Upon further investigation conducted by myself I also realised they only created their website on the 8th/9th of this month (according to the following sites: http://domain-kb.com/www/behlingcenter.com, http://domainagecheck.com/domain/behlingcenter.com) and is fairly new. I also took the time to contact 3 of their "partners" which you can view when you scroll down on their homepage (those 3 partners being CIO Landing, Investor Awareness Inc. and Intrinsic dm2) and actually got a response from CIO Landing confirming they have never heard of the company and are not partners with them and will apparently get legal aid.

After looking at the application I did actually email them back expressing my concerns about the legitimacy of the company and since then they haven't responded.

If I found this forum on the day I was contacted by Behling I would've been quick to sign up on the day because I had the emails then but because I can't remember what else was on there apart from the following "benefits" and what I've already mentioned above (view here: http://behlingcenter.com/index.php?q=team).

They appear to have no form of contact apart from the fact that they have an address for somewhere based in New York and their email address [email protected].

If you come across any emails of a similar nature please report it or delete it right away. They're not a legitimate company and even if you express an interest in their roles they won't even tell you basic information about their mandatory training prior to the selection process such as location or time.

If you're interested in what the actual application looks like here are the links to the screencaps: https://www.dropbox.com/s/6be25t1kbd63x3n/1.JPG + https://www.dropbox.com/s/5igk9gd5n3u6k8y/2.JPG

Hope this helps.

http://www.art-and-antiques-ltd.com/job ... e2?lang=uk. This link is another fraudulent job offer, they day they saw my cv online and offer jobs, registration require bank details icluding oneog in info. On checking their physical address and company reg number, I found these belonged to D&S accounting firm. I called d&s but the proprietor despite having no knowledge of the art company was not bothered & will not take action.

I also responded to Behling and gave my details and was due to start training tomorrow, they got my cv in the total jobs website. Unfortunately both companies now have all my details, please help

The two sites are unrelated to each other, but are both money mule sites. The first is a Grafton-Riggs site; the second is a Bimbom-Bump site. Both are in the process of being reported for fraud.

Ignore all further communication from the scammers. If you've told them your bank info, print out the emails, with full headers, and show them to your bank. If any money appears in your account, do not withdraw any money for any reason until the money has disappeared.

Thanks Vonpaso, I will print them right away and speak to my bank. Very valuable advice, I really did not know where to go from here as a feel stupid to even accept that such obvious fraud would be genuine.
