This scammer is still looking for money-mules, but is also advertising many other types of job, such as receptionist at animal shelter, receptionist at dental surgery or doctor's surgery, night club bar staff.

If you look at it at face value, then it may appear genuine but it is cleverly worded and the scammer will suck you in to payment processing from home ; make no mistake, this would lead to being the scammer's mule.
