Welcome to Scamwarners Noscammingplz.

Don't deposit it, it's a scam and the cheque is counterfeit.

If you deposit the cheque, it will be returned unpaid and, if you pay away the money on your account, you will be the loser.

If you want to confirm this, ring the company who is supposed to have issued the cheque and ask them if it's genuine. Banks don't like customers who deposit cheques that bounce, particularly counterfeit ones and they could call in the police.
