WVI consulting corp. Scam? Pretend to be in Singapore

A friend applied to their posted position as Junior Consultant - SAP Security SAP GRC

They invited him for an Interview, saying their office would be located at Somerset but apparently this is a lie.
Also they claim to have more than 10 years experience in SAP business. But when you search for them online, you will only find this Junior Consultant role or their own website.
It is very strange if they are in that SAP business for that long, why there's nothing online about them except of that job position and their own website?
Did anybody apply with them as well? If yes, what did you experience? Is that WVI Consulting corp a fraud?

Something doesn't add up, but I'm not sure what the scam is at present.

Was your friend meant to go for an interview at their offices or was it going to be a phone/skype interview?

The website says that they've been in business 16 years, but the domain was only registered in 02/12

I think they asked him to go to their office, then changed to do a phone interview instead.
But they didn't call him.
Afterwards, they asked him again if he'd be available for an interview.....

http://wviconsulting.com/career/ implies that they're getting drunk or hiring bartenders. This is incongruous with the rest of the website.

Legitimate companies do conduct telephone interviews; normally they are followed by in-person interviews. But if he's asked to do a Yahoo chat interview and is hired right afterward, it's a scam.

The domain registration shows that site as being registered in 04/2011.

The address that is used in Miami appears to be a serviced office.

These US concerns appear to be one and the same and legit

The fact that WVI is Singapore based but talks about "The Small Business Administration (SBA) 8(a) Business Development Program" is a bit strange - isn't that a US Government initiative for US small businesses?
