Welcome to Scamwarners tezzie619,

Yes, it is a scam. The scammer has sent you a package/s bought with a compromised/hacked Credit Card or Paypal Account. He will now ask that you forward that package to himself or member of his group.

In this crime the scammer will not be caught. He is using a fake Web Site, Name and email address. The only person Law Enforcement will find is you.

You need to contact your local Law Enforcement and inform them of this scam. Give them the package and copies of the emails you were sent. Law Enforcement should advise you on what to do further. You will want to do this before they contact you.

The site savreux.com uses the hoster's https certificate, not its own. It is in the process of being reported for fraud.

so they sent me a message telling me to send the package, and replied "u guys are a scam please dont send me anymore packages" and they replied back say this... ps i have certificate they posted say that there legit, but i cant seem to figure out to upload it on this site.

We've received some disturbing update from you and lets go through it step by step:

1. Per legal agreement you are obligated to process the Orders you already have and the ones that may have been shipped before your resignation note. You have 2 Orders currently delivered. FedEx labels were sent. Ship them today, otherwise they will be marked as stolen by you and there will be legal consequences and local police investigation.

2. Nothing new should be shipped after today per your request.

3. This is not a scam. There is big demand for these services, so it's no surprise that there are two sides of the same coin and some people try to exploit the system. The demand exists because some customers are overseas and not all US shops ship worldwide and even if they do it's usually commercial UPS, DHL or FedEx, meaning you have to declare full value (taxes on customer then) and insure it. It is way more effective to have it shipped by USPS (regular US post), shipping cost less, customers usually don't pay taxes for the personal items in the destination country and for example there are countries where you can't buy Apple Ipad4 simply because Apple doesn't sell there yet. People who want it fully unlocked, with full warranty use our services. And that's just one item, so that's it. There are several real and legal operators like MyUS.com and our department is only a part of our many other heavier activities if you read our website.

The best way to gain trust and to have a successful business relationships I suppose will be to get paid. There is an option for once per every 2 weeks payment, just let us know. Payment options are bank transfer, PayPal, Western Union, Check. The 888 number is a voicemail/fax system and it's Toll free. Simply leave a message or request a call back and operators are calling the same hour. UK number is redirecting to US toll free automatically if you call from US, some fancy techniques, I don't really know how it all works. For Europe we have different contact details and employees. Another proof can be some company documents sent by e-mail if you want though you won't be able to check it in US BBB I believe. We are always here till 6PM EST.

Attached a Certificate of Incorporation and you can take the agreement to any lawyer if you are worried about anything.

4. Since you maybe got suspicious about FedEx shipping. In large volumes 10-50 items at once we gather similar items and ship them in one box. Similar orders could've come to you by FedEx/UPS and we could've been sending everything by cash at USPS. The procedure looks like this: we send Western Union or PayPal to you first, you pick up cash at any bank or Western Union location, and then ship everything at USPS paying cash, not labels. This could've happen sometime next week if you were still working in the meantime please ship today's Order ID by FedEx. Thank you

It is still a scam and assuming you went to the local police like you said you were going to in your previous post, you have nothing to worry about.

If you could post the certificate, we can look at it - it will either be stolen or fake. Instructions on posting pictures are here viewtopic.php?f=28&t=3219.

Please do not tell scammers that they are listed here - it will take them seconds to change their fake details and their new details will not be listed for any future victims to find.

There is no legal agreement, as the purpose of the agreement is to commit a crime. The orders are already stolen; the scammers bought them with stolen money and sent them to you.

Please do not say one more word to the scammers. Do not tell them it's a scam. Do not answer the phone or the email or anything else.

Trusted; NO, there were errors: The certificate does not apply to the given host.

No legitimate organization would set up an HTTPS site (the site does not accept HTTP) and not get its own certificate. An individual who just wants to make sure its website is encrypted could make a self-signed certificate, but these lads didn't even do that.
