I had applied to this company and now I don't know what to do.....PayPal has refunded payments sent to me back to senders after I had sent the money like I was asked. Now I owe PayPal almost $3000.00. I am no longer able to log into the members area of Interactive Business Center.

Please post details of what happened, including emails (omit your name and address). The job you applied for consists of forwarding stolen money to Slavic thieves. Also contact the police and explain that you are a victim.

I have also now become a victim of their scam. I am unsure how to recover my losses, I will call the local police department, as well as change all my information as they have it to prevent further monies stolen. Is there a resource we, as victims can use to recover the money taken, or is this a, live and learn situation! Any advice and help is appreciated.

There is no way to recover the money. The scammers are in some faraway country such as Czechia, Poland, or Kazakhstan. Unless you've lost a huge amount of money, your local police is not going to press international charges.

Interactive Business Center Inc is a fradulent wire and money sending/receiving company dealing with stolen money. They mislead people to believe they are in the outsourcing business. Once you wire the money they shut you out of site, you are left with the entire bill, are left with problems, and possibly account closure.

Don't ever give out your personal information to interactive business center inc. If you do, you will regret it.

I'm aware of 173 sites published by this gang in the past year and a half or so, most of which pretend to be outsourcing companies. From posts I've seen here, the actual figure may be ten times as many. Please post the emails. They may help us kill the site faster.

The gmail account needs to be reported so other people can not be a victim

We do not report free email accounts used by scammers. We report domains that they pay for.

We have forced them (this gang) to pay new hosters for their websites and nameservers. The sites are hard to kill, but we can disrupt them, which also causes victims to twig.

Look at it this way, when they send emails to their victims, that is the email they ask to reply to, blocking that email would immediately mean less victims for them. they can open a new email, however they then have to search for other victims. This is an alternative to counter and get to the victims before they do.
saving several potential victims in the process.

^^Scammer are not as dumb as you think. Most scammers will write down victims information just in case someone reports their email address. Same as a business will back up client information. You see some of this in Recovery Scams.

Scammers very rarely search manually for victims.

As stated we do not kill or report email addresses. It only takes a scammer maybe 5 minutes to get a new one. Once he does that, any warnings posted on anti scam sites will be useless. Potential victims can not search for information. We will learn of the new email address once a victim post.

Please contacta moferatorstor if you have a question or information about this post.

Please do not tell the scammer he is posted here.
