+4470 numbers and Skype scam

Hi everyone! I have a question regarding correct format for UK phone (mobile) numbers. I read somewhere that these numbers usually belong to international call forwarding services. I'm asking this because I was contacted by +4474 n. and the lady had terrible English. I added her on Skype but it says her location is Lagos, Nigeria and she claims to live in UK. Is this a scam? Her e-mail is [email protected]

The mobile phone numbers beginning with 4470 sound like UK numbers but are not.

An earlier post on viewtopic.php?f=26&t=13567 gives a good description of these 4470 mobile phone numbers. Hope that is of assistance.

AND

I have trice called your contact phones home & mobile) but there was no pick-up

I explained to her by email I had to go out but if she could give me some details about the job (nanny job) and I'll contact her as soon as possible. But she didn't reply to email.
