If you enter your bank account information in that form, you are giving a criminal in Eastern Europe control of your bank account! Is that what you want?

This scam has been going on for over four years, with the scammers putting up new websites every week. Please post the emails you got so that we can include them in reports about the fake website.

please kindly post the first email sent to you.
most likely it has a gmail account.
that is where employees reply to and that is the email that needs closing.
This email you posted is after you replied the first time.

Closing the email account is counter-productive.

People often search on email addresses and if you get one closed it will take the scammer seconds to open a new one that no one knows about and will therefore come up clean when searched for.

Please do not tell scammers that they are listed here - it will take them seconds to change their fake details and their new details will not be listed for any future victims to find.
