3. EMPLOYEE'S POSITION: Administrative Assistant.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES ARE:

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES ARE:

4. MONTHLY SALARY: Your starting basic monthly / take home salary will be [₤ 3,100 British Pound Sterling per month after tax

completion of one year's service from the date of confirmation of your employment. Pro-rated (divide) annual leave before the
completion of one year's service is at the sole discretion of the company. The Company shall bear the cost of Air far e for vacation
trip for employee as well as his/her family. Unpaid leave shall be granted at the sole discretion of the Company. The Company
reserves the right to terminate your employment without notice if you are absent from Work on unpaid leave without prior
Approval from the Company. All leave applications must be made in writing and at least Five (5) days in advance and shall be
approved at the absolute discretion of the Company.
8. SICK LEAVE: Medical attention. After three (3) months of service you will be entitled to a Health Service Insurance Plan (HSIP)
including family. You are entitled to fourteen (14) days of paid sick leave per calendar year. If you are hospitalized on a doctor's
written order, you may get up to forty-six (46) additional days of paid sick leave per calendar year.

9. EMPLOYEE BONUSES AND BENEFITS: Employee will be eligible for certain Bonuses and Benefits as outlined in our employee
handbook, on employee three month anniversary of employment with the Delboys Oil & Gas; employee will receive a cash signing
bonus of £ 6,200 British Pound Sterling. On employee three month anniversary employment with the company, employee are
also entitled to invite any of his or her three (3) family members to relocate to United Kingdom with employee on company
sponsorships with free family residence visa, free accommodation, free food, free health insurance, gratuity, free return tickets
back to home country & family after end of the employee contract with the company. I hope that we both find our professional
relationship mutually beneficial.
10. In the event of death of the Employee during the term of this agreement his remains and personal belongings shall be
repatriated to the Employee Family at the expense of the employer.
11. The employer shall assist the employee in remitting a percentage of his salary through the proper banking channel or other
means authorized by law.
12. TERMINATION: Neither party may unilaterally cancel the contract except legal, just and valid cause(s):
a) TERMINATION BY EMPLOYER: The Employer may terminate this Contract on grounds of closure or cessation of operation of
the establishment/undertaking or due to retrenchment to prevent loses, by serving a written notice to the employee at least one
(1) month before the intended date thereof or payment of separation/termination pay equivalent to one (1) month salary.
The Employer may also bear the repatriation expenses of the employee. The employer may also terminate this contract on the
following just causes, serious misconduct, willful disobedience of Employer's lawful orders, habitual neglect of duties,
absenteeism, insubordination, revealing secrets of establishment, engaging in trade union activities, when Employee violates
customs, traditions and laws of United Kingdom and/or terms of this agreement.
b) TERMINATION BY THE EMPLOYEE: The employee may terminate this Contract without serving any notice to the employer
for any of the following just causes: serious insult by the employer or his representative, inhuman and unbearable treatment
accorded the employee by the employer or his representative, commission of a crime/offense by the employer or his
representative and violation of the terms and conditions of the employment contract by the employer or his representative.
Employer shall pay the repatriation expenses back to the Employee.
c) TERMINATION DUE TO ILLNESS: Either party may terminate the contract on the ground of illness, diseases or injury suffered
by the employee. The employer shall shoulder the cost of repatriation.
13. SETTLEMENT OF DISPUTES – All claims and complaints relative to the employment contract of the employee shall be settled
in accordance with company policies, rules and regulations. In case the employee contests the decision of the employer, the
matter shall be settled amicably with the participation of the Labor Law. In case the amicable settlement fails, the matter shall be
submitted to the competent or appropriate government body in (host country), or in the employee country if permissible by host
country laws at the portion of the complaining party.
14. The Employee shall observe Employer's country rules and abide by the pertinent laws of the host country and respect its
customs and traditions.
15. TIER 2 WORK VISA TRAVELLING DOCUMENTS PROCUREMENT: In general, Visa Application fee and Air tickets fee to
relocate to United Kingdom with our firm Including a free self-three Bedroom flat well furnished apartment in the company staff
quarters close to the company with Free Food, Free emergency medical and dental services and facilities including medicine, Free
transportation to the site of employment and in the following cases, free return transportation to the point of origin and
arrangement expenditure would be paid by Delboys Oil & Gas as per bills related to Delboys Oil & Gas UK BA certificate of
Sponsorship license web form approved by the UK BA Sponsor Management Unit and signed to issue for individuals applicant
employee hired from outside the European Economic Area (EEA) with a skilled job offer to fill a gap in the workforce that cannot
be filled by a settled worker.
In addition UK Government mandated that all employee migrants aspiring or willing to live and be eligible to work in United
Kingdom will be responsible for His/her WORK PERMIT ENTRY CLEARANCE FEE amounting £374 (Three Hundred and Seventy
Four British Pounds) which will not be covered by the Company Sponsorship. The WORK PERMIT ENTRY CLEARANCE FEE
amounting £374 (Three Hundred and Seventy Four British Pounds) would be requested by The United Kingdom Border Agency

Home Office before approval of VISA and entire Traveling Documents as it is mandated for all citizens and Migrants aspiring or
willing to live and be eligible to work in United Kingdom under the UK Employment amended ACT 2013 in which the company
management have to follow all legal rules and regulations governing recruitment base on the UK Government amended ACT
2013, in case of employee unable to meet up with the WORK PERMIT ENTRY CLEARANCE FEE amounting £374, such employee
VISA and entire Traveling Documents would be disqualified and employment contract will be Terminated with immediate effect.
Awareness:
