It is a definite scam - there is no such thing as a legitimate work from home forwarding job.

The packages you have received contain good that have been paid for using stolen credit cards. When the payments are reversed as fraudulent it will be your name and address that the store pass to the authorities.

You need to contact the police immediately and explain to them what has happened, before the store become aware they have been defrauded.

Could you also post the details of the website and any email addresses that the scammers use.

Please do not tell scammers that they are listed here - it will take them seconds to change their fake details and their new details will not be listed for any future victims to find.

Echoing what Alan said:

It is NOT legitimate. It is a typical reshipping scam, in which you would be forwarding merchandise purchased with stolen credit cards to criminals. If the credit card company investigates, the trail will lead straight to your doorstep. There is no company, and the criminals have used all fake information so they won't be traceable. The website (which is 1 month old) is a fake, set up solely to support the scam.

In the end, not only will you not get paid, but you will very possibly end up with an unpleasant visit from law enforcement. If they think you are complicit, you could even get arrested. That's why being proactive is important.

There is such a thing as a legitimate reshipper. But those companies have physical locations, and employees who report to work every day. There is NO such thing as a legitimate job receiving random packages and forwarding them from home.
